    XYZ is a store owned and managed by Abhdul Jhakul Salsalin.

    The corporation is now on its 2nd year of


    continuous business operations. Due to its increasing number of sales per month on its available
    products, XYZ through its manager’s initiative, decided to adapt a system that records and monitors the
    corporation’s monthly sales. However, the manager is not equipped with technical expertise and skills to
    implement an electronic system for his business and is now looking for a system developer with
    technical expertise on Database Management and Design. Abhdul Jhakul Salsalin learned that you are a
    system developer with a technical expertise on Database design and database management system. He
    asked you to create and develop an information system for his store. He presented a sample report
    being produced by his staffs for his store’s monthly sales. The details of the monthly sales report are as
    follows.

    Answer:

    1. The table below is about the complete details of monthly sales report for the business.
    I noticed the table is incomplete and some columns have no data so it just leaves as blank.
    All data is important like the name of the supplier must filled up. If not, at least provide
    Explanation for not being able to state some facts. For example, there is some information
    That might be private, so just type N/A instead of blank.
    2. The first normal form is a property of a relation in a relational database. The table above
    violated some rules of being part of the first normal form. The table must only have an
    automatic value which means values that cannot be divided.
