The limitations that we faced are:

➢ This project is done for the first time in Bangladesh. So there is a paucity of
information to prepare this project accurately.
➢ The given time was not exactly enough for precise research.
➢ Local employees are not experienced and also not trained.
➢ Many other relevant information is not available for this kind of business.

STOCK AGREEMENT & OWNERSHIP
The total capital of our business is TK. 50 lac. We will pay TK. 35 lac (70%) of the capital and
the remaining TK. 15 lac (30%) will be loaned from the Mercantile Bank @8% interest rate.

The capital of TK 35 lacs will be invested equally by the 13


partners of the firm.

Each partner capital contribution: 2,69,230.7692 TK.

Each partner percentage of share: 7.6923%

any adhesives, which significantly reduces the time and cost of manufacturing the Brick.

We will start a new business firm which name is “BRICKS+”. It is the most significant production oriented
business. Our business is based on recycling plastic wastage and producing eco bricks from it. Our goal is
to produce high quality bricks at a cheap rate and to reduce the environmental pollution influenced through
plastics by recycling them to usable bricks. Our business is going to start with a motto that
“Uplifting lifestyle alongside promoting the environment”.
