1. Remove the clutch and gears attached to the roller.
2. Remove the Stopper Ring or Plastic E Ring.
3. Remove the bearing from the frame.
4. Insert the shaft into the recess of the Paper Feed Roller shaft hole.
5. Slide the Paper Feed Roller to remove one end of the shaft from the hole in the frame, then
remove the other end from the shaft hole, and remove the Paper Feed Roller.

1. Remove the one screw (S1: ), release the Grounding Wire. 3. Remove the two screws (S1: ), then remove the Front Bearing.
2. Disconnect the Relay Connector. 4. Remove the two screws (S1: ), then remove the Bearing from the hole on the frame.
5. Open the Paper Feed Cover Assy. C H E C K Paper Ejection Clutch, 1-3 can be installed with almost the same procedure.

6. Pinch the tab of the Limiting Band, slide it in the direction of the arrow, and remove the
Limiting Band on the side of the Finisher Intermediate Unit.
7. Remove the shaft of the Paper Feed Cover Assy from the front side, remove the Paper 1. Remove Stopper Ring, A then remove the Flange and Gear.

1. To disengage the hooks at two places on the front side, insert a Phillips screwdriver until it
comes into contact with them.
2. While the screwdriver is inserted, raise the top and bottom corners of the rear side while
pressing in the rear side to disengage the dowels, and slide right little by little to remove
the cover.
