Forcibly unlocking the doors, trunk, or hood with-
out the key or wireless remote control causes the
horn to blow and the exterior lights to flash, alert-
ing those in the surrounding area.
If the security indicator light is flashing when you leave the vehicle, the engine immobilizer
and alarm are set.
To stop the alarm, unlock the doors or trunk with the key or wireless remote control, or turn
the engine switch to the ON position.

With the push of a button, you can adjust the seat to a set customized position.
The steering column and outside rear view mirrors are adjusted along with the driver’s seat.
Positions can be conveniently recorded for drivers and frequent passengers.

Sequential mode allows the driver to select gears based on driving conditions.
Move the shift lever to the “S” position.
NOTE: Downshifting increases power going uphill, or increases engine braking going
downhill or stopping.
During normal driving conditions, always drive in “D” position for best fuel economy.

This sets the vehicle at that speed.

Depressing the brake pedal cancels the preset speed. To return to the preset speed, raise

2 Push the air intake controls a few times until
the “AUTO” indicator turns on.
3 Adjust the temperature with the “TEMP”
button.
■ “DUAL” mode
In “DUAL” mode, driver and passenger side tem-
perature settings can be controlled separately.
1 Push the “DUAL” button.
2 Adjust the driver side temperature with the
“TEMP” button, and the passenger side tem-
perature with the “PASSENGER TEMP”
button.
When the outside temperature is low, the windshield may fog up more easily. In
this case, push the air intake controls to select the outside air mode.

When the window lock switch is pressed in, only
the driver’s window can be raised or lowered.
When Driving
Fully lifting or pressing the power window switch
make the window raise fully or lower fully auto-
matically.
