Placement Policies:
 Agreement sent to learners.
 Only after they read it and sign, do they undergo the
placements.
Eligibility:
1. 18 Years or Older
2. Legally permitted to work in India
3. Joining in no more than 30 days after accepting the offer
4. If still pursuing education, should be open to take up
internship opportunities for minimum 6 months and join
immediately.
5. Open to work from locations: Mumbai, Bengaluru,
Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.
6. Background checks associated with the jo include proof of
education and any past employment references from past
experience, check on criminal records etc.
Onboarding:
1. Share all info within 48 hrs of receipt of notification.
2. All info factually correct and verifiable.
Process Guidelines:
1. Respond to interview invites within 6 hrs of receiving.
2. Need to attend all interviews you have accepted invites
for.
3. Not reschedule interview you have accepted invite for.
4. Not rejected more than 1 offer.
5. Need to share appropriate reason for rejecting offers,
Completion of Placement Support:
1. You accept an offer
2. You Receive and participate in 5 unique interview
processes.
3. You reject 2 unique offers.
Withdrawal from Process:
1. Do not provide requisite details within 48 hrs of receiving
notification
2. Do not adhere to preferences on onboarding form
3. Do not attend an interview you accepted invite for
4. Reject 3 unique interviewing opportunities.
Disqualification from Relevel Placement Process:
1. Misconduct with any employee of Relevel, hiring partners
or any personnel.
2. Documentations are falsified
3. Received an offer from Relevel Placement partner and
failed to inform the same to Relevel.
Consequences of Withdrawal or Disqualification:
1. Placement process with Relevel will be halted
2. Recovery time before you can reappear for any other
placement.
3. Extension of time can be rescinded
Relevel Referral Program:
Points to be covered:
o Greetings
o Name
o Designation
o Company Name
o Context setting
#Note 1: Shall be imbibed in the first pitch itself. Also probing in
a manner that the candidates realize that their fees for the
course is recovered by this referral program.
#Note 2: If a person introduces 1st referral for Fullstack

Development course, reward is 7500, 2nd referral for Backend
Development course, reward is 4000, 3rd for BDC, reward is
2000.
#Note 3: Payments/rewards received directly in bank accounts
and not in form of reward points.
#Note 4: Referee shall be a subscriber and would be
generating a unique link which the new user has to use to
Subscribe/but the course in order for both to avail the rewards
and discounts
