OUR PRINCIPLES
We are honored and privileged to work with our clients, and commit to meet their
expectations, as well as our obligations to all the interested parties under every mandate
entrusted to us.
We listen to their feedback and respond to the best of our technical and managerial
abilities, without ever compromising quality, health and safety, security, environment
and ethics, fostering our culture of accountability, innovation and collaboration.
By fully endorsing the values of the company, we promote a “Right First Time” mindset
and continually develop our staff and their capabilities. We work collaboratively with
colleagues, clients, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that our values are fully
integrated into our processes.
OUR COMMITMENTS
Ensure compliance with contract and internal requirements, applicable laws and
regulations at all stages of our mandates;
Strive in all activities to do it “Right First Time” for evident efficiency, pride of
execution by our teams and achievement of our clients’ expectations;
Foster a culture of personal accountability for quality, with each person
selfchecking their own work as the first quality check. Quality is the
responsibility of all our employees;
Ensure the suitability and effectiveness of our suppliers; and
Promote the continual improvement in the effectiveness of our service by
undertaking appropriate assurance activity, monitoring performance, investing in
and acting on lessons learned.
This statement provides the framework for setting quality objectives in every functional
and operational unit and subsidiary based on the requirements of ISO 9001.
While the Managing Director is responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy,
all employees and persons working on our behalf shall share in these commitments.
Everyone is empowered to speak up and act to ensure these commitments are met.
