3. HARZARD INDENTIFICATION

Eyes : irritation, damage possible


Skin : irritation, rash possible, repeated or prolonged exposure may result in
dryness chapping and reddening
Inhalation : inhalation of vapour mist or fume from the product may cause
irritation, dizziness and nausea
Ingestion : possible side effects, excessive ingestion if the product may cause
gastrointestinal irritation, nausea and vomiting

4. FIRST AID MEASURES

Eyes : Wash eye thoroughly with water and search for medical
advice. Eye protection is recommended
Skin : Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
Removes heavily contaminated clothing and gloves should be worn
Ingestion : If contamination of mouth occur, wash away thoroughly, do
not induce vomiting and search for medical advice
Inhalation : If inhalation of vapour, fume or mists cause irritation, removes to
fresh air and search for medical advice immediately

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

Use foam, dry powder or water fog. DO NOT USE water. Product soaked rags, paper or
materials used to absorb spillages, should not allowed accumulation of oils on working areas.
Dispose safety after use.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Report to the appropriate authorities of the spillage or leakage. Put on proper protective
clothing and wears before starting the clean up. Use product soaked rags, paper or materials
used to absorb spillage and stop the leak. Use cautions judgment when clean up large
spillage, should not allowed accumulation of product on working areas. Dispose of the
material safely in accordance to federal state and local area regulations.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE

Handling

Apply proper engineering practices to establish good ventilation. Put on proper clothing,
gloves, coveralls, boots, goggles and respirator. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water
before eating or drink.

Storage

All packages should be stored under cover. Product should not stored above 60˚C, exposed to
hot sun or freezing conditions, weather effects can cause water ingress. Away from heat and
sources of ignition. Spillages of oils may penetrate to the soil causing contamination of under
ground water.

8. EXPOSURE CONTROL / PERSONAL PROTECTION

Practices good ventilated areas with local exhaust ventilation. Equipments must be explosive
proof and use away from ignition sources.
Handle in accordance with good personal and industrial hygiene and safely practices. Avoid
unnecessary skin contact. Practice right working methods and equipments to minimized
physical contact with the product.

skin more susceptible to other irritation, sensitizers and disease.

16. OTHER INFORMATION

All safety precautions and handling and procedures outlined in this MSDS must be followed
inorder to minimize exposure. Empty container may contain product residue, including
flammable or explosive vapour. DO NOT cut, puncture, weld on or near to the containers.

Precautions :
- Follow good personal hygiene practice.
- Avoid prolonged and repeated skin contact.
- Always practice safe working methods and use proper equipment. Avoid unnecessary
handling of used chemicals and oils.
- Do not dispose of used chemicals or oils in drains, rivers or lakes. Please follow proper
disposal methods to avoid environmental degradation.
- Do not use empty containers to store water or other food products as they may still contain
harmful chemicals residues.
