Once upon a time, there was a young lady named Lina who lived in the City of
Bajada… Their house is made up wood, at the back of it, there’s a big tree and you
can see the rice field in front of their house which is owned by their wealthy neighbor.
She was a bright, kind, and loving daughter of Maria and Antonio. She was friendly
and outgoing person that made her liked by everyone. She has a fair skin, long hair,
pretty eyes, pointed nose, and a captivating smile which everybody envy. She's not
only beautiful but also kindhearted lady. When someone needs help, she would
gladly help them just like how she help a man named Ben when she saw him
sleeping on the streets. Lina pitied the hopeless man hence, she invited him into
their house. Lina and her parents give shelter, food, and clothes to the young man
and eventually, he become part of their family. Years had passed, the family is living
happily with Ben and all people in the town liked Ben because he has a good
personality. But little did they know, Ben whom they trusted have been admiring
Lina. However, Lina only treats Ben as her big brother because she already have a
lover. One afternoon, Lina wears a pretty white dress and was about to go out to
meet Harold, her lover, but Ben blocked her way. “Where are you going?” Ben
asked. “I’m meeting Harold today, Ben” Lina answered while smiling. “Does your
mother and father knows?” he said while hiding his anger. “Yes, the allowed me to
go out” she said confusedly as she find Ben acting weird. “Okay, be safe Lina” he
replied while looking intently to the woman.

Lina and Harold’s day goes smoothly. Both are having fun and enthusiasm.
As Lina returned home, she noticed that her parents were not around in that
evening. She didn’t mind though and immediately go to the restroom. When she was
about to pee, a man suddenly appeared. Shocked was evident in her face. She
shouted but the man was strong enough to stop her and cover her mouth with a
handkerchief. When she woke up, she found herself in an old nipa hut. When she
tried to get up, someone spoked. “Are you awake now my dear Lina?” the man said.
“Ben?” she stated. “Why am I here? What are you doing?! Lina shouted as Ben
come near her. “I always loved you Lina but what did you do? You didn’t even look at
me once! I’m desperate, I don’t want you to be with that bastard!” he said angrily.
“This is wrong Ben! My family might be looking for me now!” she said. “No! no!
You’re mine!” he exclaimed while shaking the woman’s shoulder. Lina was so afraid
and he tried to get away with him. She ran fast as she could but Ben captured her
and forcedly lay her in the ground. Ben started to take off her clothes, Lina cried and
cried while she’s trying to stop Ben. However, this made Ben mad and accidentally
stabbed Lina.

Morning comes, a worker in the rice field saw Lina’s body lying on ground.
With horror, the woman shouted which caused commotion in the city. Ben who raped
and killed the woman was nowhere to be found. And Lina’s family move to other
place because they want to forget everything. After that incident, there’s a lot of
unusual things happened in the neighborhood. Every time, people passed by the
field near Lina’s house, they always hear someone crying. One night, a drunk man
pee at the back of Lina’s house, he heard a crying lady and when he turned back, he
saw a lady wearing white dress. Because of shocked, the man fainted. Morning
came, he told the towns people about what he saw. But none of them believed him.
They thought he’d gone crazy. In the next few days, a lot of men witnessed the lady

when they tried to pee near the old house. When they saw the lady in white, some
fainted and few shouted. That’s when the people started to get scared. That place
creeped them out because they believed that the white lady which every man saw
was Lina. People begin to talked about Lina. They think that her soul is not at peace
and wanted to get justice to what happened to her. And some believed that the white
lady appeared every night because she wants to see the person who took her life
and get her revenge.
