approval in the form of a Lamar Aero RMA. Returns may be subject to a re-stock fee. Special order
parts may not be accepted as a return. All returns must be sent with the original paperwork. For
serialized parts, credit will not be issued if the original paperwork is not received.

STANDARD EXCHANGE SALE - Cores must be returned within 30 days of sale. Part number must be
identical to part number sold unless otherwise approved in writing. Exchange price is based on a normal
overhaul. Anything above a normal overhaul will be billed additional. BER cores will be billed the core
charge. If a core is not received within 30 days, the core charge will be billed unless an extension is
granted in writing. For credit card orders, the core charge will be billed to the original credit card used.
