 As a Member and Secretary National Curriculum Revision / Review


Committee (NCRC), Higher Education Commission, Pakistan Produced a
uniform curriculum for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies in
Mechanical Engineering at national level, 2011 -2012

 As Chair (and a Member) Curriculum Development Committee, Mechanical


Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Brunei, Brunei Darussalam produced &
also revamped programme specifications for a number of degree programmes;
produced & revamped a number of UG & PG courses / modules, and
produced programme specifications and programme structure for a new BSc
(Hons.) in Product Design started at UTB, Brunei Darussalam

 As a Chair Curriculum Development Committee, MED, UET, Peshawar,


revamped Curriculum, MED, UET, Peshawar, 2019 – 2021

7) ACCREDITATION

 As a Chair (and Member) Accreditation Committee, Mechanical Engineering,


Universiti Teknologi Brunei, Constituted the 1st Accreditation Committee at
UTB ME, Brunei Darussalam; Produced a number of documents required for
accreditation of ME programme by IMechE; Arranged a number of meetings
with IMechE representatives with respect to accreditation of UTB ME
programme; and also worked for UTB ME Students’ IMechE Affiliate
Membership, 2014 - 2018

 As a Chair OBE Committee, MED, UET, Peshawar, worked for the


accreditation of UG ME program by PEC; Produced FYP rubrics, Lab
rubrics, Safety guidelines for Labs, SAR, various types of survey forms;
CLOs mapping with PLOs, PLOs mapping with PEOs, CLOs for Lab courses
and FYP, mapping of Department mission with Faculty mission, University
mission & also with University Vision

9) CONVENER MONITORING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE

 As a Convener Academic Monitoring and Evaluation Committee, University


of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar visited all departments and centers at
main campus of the University. Visited their Labs, Classrooms, Libraries,
Examination Halls. Inspected their course folders. Provided a comprehensive
input for improvement where needed and also submitted report on the visit of
each department / center to the relevant Dean of faculty and Vice Chancellor.
The sole purpose of the visits was to ensure compliance of departments /
centers to the University rules and regulations and also preparation of PEC
visit for accreditation of their respective programmes. The consolidated input
on weak areas and recommendations for improvement was presented to all
four faculties during a 03 days “Workshop on Improving Quality of Teaching
In Engineering Education” held in September 2023.
