    BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO

    VISION BOARDS
    MAKING YOUR VISION BOARD
    A vision board is a powerful visual tool that represents your goals,
    dreams, and aspirations in a single, captivating display.

    If you do this digitally, IT WILL NOT WORK!

    Your brain doesn't fully engage until you create it with your hands. If
    you don't have a pile of magazines to flip through for photos, you can
    always pull and print images online!

    To get started, use the vision board for at least 6 months.

    Don't rush it! Give yourself at least one week for this activity.

    Use few words!


    If using words, only one word or phrase. If manifesting a specific amount
    of money, put the exact amount on your action board.

    Gather as many images as possible! When you think you have enough,
    gather more!

    Use images metaphorically.


    For example, if moving, include images of a home, but also use a balloon
    to represent the freedom the move will bring!
    USING YOUR VISION BOARD

    Once you've spent a few days gathering images, place


    them on your board. Be conscious of how you position
    your images.

    Keep the most important images at the top or in the


    center of your board. Group images together based on
    what they represent. Decide if you want the images to
    overlap, like a collage. If you are looking to create
    more space in your life, do NOT clutter your board.

    After you've laid out the images, wait 24 hours before


    coming back and making edits. Remove images that
    don't feel right.
