    MY DAILY ROUTINE

    My name is Gloria Meza I am from Peru, I live in


    Lima, Chaclacayo I am 28 years old, I am teacher
    elementary school. usually all my days are very
    goods. whit lot of activities.

    I WAKE UP Every day I get out of bet about


    5:30 to do my morning service, like pray, review
    my youth lesson and sing, then I go into virtual
    youth service where we share the word of god.

    I TAKE A SHOWER: at 6:30 when I finish I


    take a shower, I brush my teeth, I comb my hair,
    although I always get up fighting with my hair.
    and I don't wear makeup because I don't like it.
    later. I dress get at 7 o'clock
    BREAKFAST I have breakfast with my parents
    around 7:00 am – we usually have nutritious
    breakfasts, like Andean cereals.
    Have online class: At 7:30 I have my class in the
    university and at 9 the English class begins.
    HAVE LUNCH: I have lunch why my parents at
    I Usually make lunch before to go to work,
    I start working as a teacher at 12 pm have home
    school classes with my 5th graders. I work from
    home every day.
    VIRTUAL WORK; at 3:00 pm I give music
    classes to my home school children. I start work
    at 1 :00 and finish at 4:00.

    LESSON CLASS: After 4:30 to 6: pm I have a


    diploma in educational psychology, in the branch
    of educational neuroscience virtually.
    HAVE DINNER: At home we have dinner a
    6:00pm.
    I do my homework at 6:30´

    FROM 7:00 TO 8:00 - In the evening. I do some


    exercise. Usually. I play football 6 or 8 time a
    week, but, I also love play fooball whith my
    friends from time to time…Really is It's fun, I'm
    very fast and I get fouled. sometimes I also play
    volleyball and basketball.

    FREE TIME: Sometimes from 6:30 to 7:3pm I


    watch TV: series and documentaries or news. for
    example: in the background there is site, master
    chef, animal planet and news with my parents.

    THEN FROM 7:30 TO 8:00 PM I read for 25


    minutes before going to bed.

    At 8:00 pm I take a shower and brush my teeth, I


    read the bible.

    FINALLY: I say “ thanky you god” for a great


    day and finaly i go to bet at 10:00. because I need
    to rest well to be energetic the next day.
