IMPOTANT INFORMATION
Flight Rules and Restrictions
E-Ticket Acceptance: An electronic ticket (E-ticket) confirms the acceptance of transportation by the
airline. The E-ticket replaces the traditional paper ticket and must be presented at the airline's
check-in counter along with valid identification.
Name Accuracy: The name on the E-ticket must match the passenger's ID used during travel.
Corrections or name changes after booking can result in additional fees or invalidate the ticket.

Ticket Non-transferability: E-tickets are non-transferable. Only the person named on the ticket can
use it for travel.
Flight Schedules: Flight times, carriers, and aircraft types are subject to change. Passengers are
advised to verify flight timings 24 hours before departure.
Flight Changes/Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to flights should be made in advance and
may be subject to fees set by the airline and Lowest Flight Fares.
Airline Policies: Passengers must adhere to the airline's luggage policies, check-in times, and other
related procedures.
Refunds: Refunds on E-tickets are subject to the fare conditions/Rules of the purchased ticket and
may also entail a service fee from Lowest Flight Fares.
Travel Documentation: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct travel
documentation, including visas, transit visas, and passports.
Liability Limitation: Lowest Flight Fares acts as an intermediary between the airline and the client
and cannot be held responsible for any default or negligence by the airline.
Airline Bankruptcy: If an airline declares bankruptcy, Lowest Flight Fares will not be liable for any
flight cancellations or disruptions. Passengers may need to secure alternative transportation at their
own expense.
Force Majeure: Neither the airline nor Lowest Flight Fares will be responsible for failures or delays
in performance under the E-ticket due to causes beyond their reasonable control, such as natural
disasters, acts of God, government regulations, wars, terrorist activities, civil disturbances, or any
similar cause.

Check-in
Check-in Deadline: Passengers must adhere to the airline’s check-in deadline. Missing the check-in
deadline may result in the forfeiture of the seat without any refund.
Online Check-in: If the airline offers online check-in, passengers are encouraged to use this service to
expedite the boarding process. Details will be provided in the E-ticket confirmation.
Boarding Pass: After check-in, passengers will receive a boarding pass, which they must present,
along with their E-ticket, at the boarding gate.
Seat Assignment: Seats are generally assigned during check-in. Some airlines may allow pre-
selection of seats for an additional fee. If not pre-selected, seats are subject to availability at the time
of check-in.
Baggage Check-in: Passengers should arrive with ample time to check in luggage. Airlines have
weight and size restrictions for both checked and carry-on baggage. Excess baggage may result in
additional charges.
Special Requests: Passengers with special requests such as wheelchair assistance or dietary
requirements should inform the airline at the time of booking or well in advance of the departure
date.

Cancellation
Cancellation by Passenger: If a passenger needs to cancel a flight, they must contact Lowest Flight
Fares immediately. Cancellations may be subject to fees set by the airline and Lowest Flight Fares.
Cancellation by Airline: Occasionally, flights may be cancelled by the airline due to unforeseen
circumstances. In such cases, passengers will be offered a choice of an alternative flight or a refund,
as per airline policy.
No-shows: If passengers fail to show up for a flight without prior notice, they will be considered a no-
show, and the ticket will be forfeited with no entitlement to a refund.
Refunds: The process and timeframe for refunds depend on the fare Conditions/Rules of the
purchased ticket and the method of payment used. Refunds are typically processed to the original
form of payment.
Cancellation Penalties: Depending on the time of cancellation and the fare rules, passengers may be
subject to penalties. Detailed fare rules will be provided at the time of booking.
Partial Cancellation: If only a part of the round trip or multi-city journey is cancelled, the unused
portion's refund will be subject to specific airline fare rules.

Passport and Visa Requirements

Valid Passport: All international travellers must possess a valid passport. It's recommended that the
passport be valid for at least six months beyond the intended return date.
Visa Requirements: It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to obtain the necessary visas for their
journey. Different destinations have different visa requirements based on the traveller's nationality.
Transit Visas: Some countries require transit visas if passengers are stopping over en route to their
final destination. Passengers should be aware of these requirements even if they don’t plan to leave
the transit airport.
Electronic Visas and Authorizations: Several countries now offer electronic visas or electronic travel
authorizations. It's crucial to apply well in advance of travel dates to ensure processing times are
met.
Visa on Arrival: Some destinations offer visas on arrival. However, it's essential to ensure that you
meet the eligibility criteria and have the necessary documents to avoid any denial of entry upon
arrival.
Entry Denial: Lowest Flight Fares will not be held responsible if a passenger is denied entry into a
country due to failure to provide the correct visa or documentation.
Passport Details: Ensure that the name on the airline ticket matches the name on the passport
precisely. Discrepancies can lead to boarding denials or delays.
Minors: Passengers travelling with minors should be aware of any documentation or permissions
required for countries that mandate parental consent or other conditions for travelling with children.
Fees and Charges: Any fees associated with obtaining a visa or other travel documentation are the
responsibility of the traveller. This includes fees for expedited services if necessary.
Updates and Changes: Visa and passport requirements can change with little to no notice. Travellers
are advised to regularly check the official consulate or embassy websites of their destination
countries for the most up-to-date information.
Report Lost/Stolen Passports: In the unfortunate event that a passport is lost or stolen while
travelling, it should be reported immediately to the local police and the nearest embassy or consulate
of the traveller's home country.
Multiple Passports: Passengers with dual or multiple nationalities should ensure they use the correct
passport when applying for visas and entering/exiting countries.
Passengers are advised to review these terms and conditions thoroughly. By proceeding with
the E-ticket purchase, passengers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these conditions.
