PRODUCT INFORMATION

RAMI system, which consists of smart meter, DCU and

CDU, has been tested and passed in Republic of
Korea’s supplier certification. Each device can
communicate through various communication Slot Type Meter
protocols.
RAMI is a system which is Pole-Mounted enclosure
with meter(15EA) for Anti-Theft requirement.
Slot type meters are installed in a enclosure(max15ea).
A transformer is connected to a Main DCU which is
also installed in the enclosure and communicate with
Master Station. Main DCU and Sub DCU are
communicated with WIFI MESH(2.4 GHz). Each DCUs
are communicated with CDU by RF (900MHz).

Through the connection between the smart meter, RF modem (Master, Slave), DCU, and server
system, the system provides integrative support for accurate measuring, data correctness, user
convenience, management using NMS functions, customer management, and smart billing functions.
The DCU is communicated with maximum 100EA smart meters.

System Configuration flow chart in the pole

1. The data of each smart meters on the pole are transmitted to the slave modem by RS485 communication.
2. The Slave RF(900MHz) modem send the received data to Master RF (900MHz) modem.
3. The Master Modem send the data to the DCU by RF communication.
4. The DCU send the data to the server by LTE, GSM/GPRS.
RF network is consisted by MESH network.

- It’s considered the LP data of smart meter.
