Brief Summary (IB:Include TOK/Int'l Connections) In this unit, Aquatic Empire, students will reflect and make self assessments about their aquatics class via blogging. This is a work in progress and an ongoing unit of study until the end of the school year. They will make goals, track their progress through time trials and write reflections on the lessons in swim class. However, the long term goal is to lead a healthy and active lifestyle to promote fitness for their overall well being.
