    Approvals: IEC950 / EN60950 Safety Category: For use in an IEC950 Class II product

    SPECIFICATION:

    Transformer:
    Primary voltage : 230 Vrms ± 10%.
    Frequency : 50/60Hz.
    Secondary voltage : 17Vrms @ 230Vrms input.
    Power rating : 21VA min.
    Regulation : Cold 12%, Hot 15% max.
    Ambient temperature range : -10 to +70°C.
    Bobbin type : 35 x 25.4 mm, UL94-V0 Flame retardant
    Weight: : 0.52 Kg max.
    Thermal Fuse : 130°C, VDE or BSI approved. Fitted to primary winding.
    Laminations to be varnish impregnated.

    Test voltages:
    Primary to secondary 3750VAC Primary to core 3750VAC
    Secondary to core 500VAC

    Wires must be terminated inside the transformer.
    Primary wires: Colours : One wire BLUE, One wire BROWN.
    UL 1617- 22AWG 600V to be 5mm stripped. Free length P = 200mm; tinned ends.
    Temperature rated: 80oC Marked: 80oC
    Secondary wires : Colours : One wire WHITE, One wire ORANGE.
    UL 1015 - 20AWG 600V to be 5mm stripped. Free length S = 270mm; tinned ends.
    Temperature rated: 105oC Marked: 105oC

    Labels / Identification:
    Voltage label (230V) to be placed on the bobbin on the opposite side to the cables exit points or, on the
    laminations adjacent to the primary wires.
    Batch number identification.

    Certificate of Conformance:
    To state: The standards the items has been designed, manufactured and tested to.
    That the items have been 100% tested against the standards.
    Batch number.
