ABOUT - Grand Theft Art Photoshop Action.


Create this highly detailed, advanced, GTA inspired art style effect from your photos with no work at
all. Don’t spend a lot of time trying to create this effect manually, get it done in seconds with only a one
clicks. Creating this effect has never been this simple and fun leaving you fully layered and customizable
results. The action also creates 10 preset color fx that you can choose from.

Please check:
1. Your photo is in RGB color mode

2. Your photo is in 8bit color mode

3. Image has 240-300dpi Pixels/inch. (Recommended 300pdi)

4. This action has been tested and working on Photoshop CS5, CS6 ,CC,CC2014,CC2015.5,CC2017+

(with ‘Oil Paint’ filter available).

5. Avoid using low resolution images. For the best results with this Action, use photos over 2000 px to
3000 px high or wide.

6. Ensure you have loaded the Action brushes into your brushes panel and the brush opacity set to 100%
before running the Action.

Note: If you use Grand Theft Effect Photoshop Actions places do not open another file in
Photoshop simultaneously.

HOW TO USE THE ACTION?

1. Open your photo to work with.

2. Ensure you have loaded the GTE_Patterns'.

3. Ensure you have loaded the GTE_Shepes'.

4. Ensure you have loaded the GTE _Brushes.’ file into your brushes panel and
your brush opacity is set to 100% before running the Action.
5. Create a new layer and name it "artaction" (must be UPPERCASE). Brush on
this layer the area that you need to focus (you can use any colors) Find action
on the action list then open it and Play the Action!

6. Wait a few minutes that Photoshop make all actions (speed of action work
depends of the power of your computer).

7. Then after you make 11 examples with your photos, put them into one folder, and
name them with numbers 01,02,03...011. Then open the "Frame 1 to Frame 2 anyone
" PSD file, and run the "Frame 1 to Frame 2 " action.
8. You can also customize and improve the result. 10 Colors FX and Color

Settings. Turn on/off layers.
