    I/We affirm the above cancellation of the purchase of the unit for reasons indicated above. Effective as of the date hereof, I/we
    relinquish all the rights to the Unit as of the execution hereof and confirm all of the rights of the Company to the unit, including the right
    to freely dispose of the Unit to third parties, as though a purchase made by the buyer was not made. Other than the claim, if any, for the
    amount as may be further determined, I/We confirm that there are no claims against the Company in respect of the Purchase of the
    Unit and cancellation of the same.

    Further, I/we certify understanding and voluntary agree to the following:

    1. The submission of the Client’s Request for Cancellation Form (CRCF) does not vary, alter, change, revise or modify the terms and
    conditions of the Reservation Agreement, Contract to Sell and other documents (collectively referred to as “Documents”) executed
    and signed relating to the purchase of the above-described unit. As such, the terms and conditions stated in the Documents remain
    valid, effective and enforceable. In this regard, I/we shall continue to strictly and faithfully comply with all the terms and conditions of
    the Documents, which includes making payments on the dates stated in the Documents, while my/our request is being evaluated by
    the Company.

    2. This CRCF is subject to evaluation and approval of the duly authorized officer or representative of the Company. Submission of the
    CRCF does not imply or indicate that the request herein will be approved by the Company.

    3. The Company shall notify the Buyer on the approval or disapproval of the request via text message and/or e-email address indicated
    herein. All representations made by the real estate broker/agent or other person (if any) regarding my request shall not bind the
    Company unless the same is in writing and signed by the Company’s duly authorized officer or representative.

    4. In the absence of any notice regarding this CRCF (whether approval/disapproval), the Company shall have the right to cancel the
    Documents due to non-payment and/or partial payments of the amortizations and other amounts on the due date, failure, neglect,
    refusal, delay, and/or non-performance of all other obligations or for other causes stated in the Documents.

    5. In case of approval of my/our request for cancellation, I/we shall submit, sign or execute all documents and papers, comply with the
    existing rules, regulations and policies of the Company, and do all acts necessary and required to implement said approved request
    and all previously issued official receipts are deemed cancelled, without the necessity of retrieval. Failure, neglect, refusal, delay or
    non-performance on my part to comply shall render said approved request ineffective and invalid. Hence, the terms and conditions
    stated in the Documents shall remain in full force and effect.

    6. In case of disapproval of my/our request, all terms and conditions stated in the Documents remain in full force and effect.

    7. For approved or disapproved requests, I/we hereby release, discharge and waive any and all claims and actions of whatever kind
    and nature, expected, real or apparent, which I/we may have against the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents and
    clients by reason of or arising from this CRCF, I/we shall not institute any action or claim, whether civil, criminal, or administrative,
    against the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents.
