in this prime location, what we have available is a spacious one bed one bath
apartment,
furnished with a closet, cooker, in-unit washer, refrigerator, electric cooker,
central AC, Wi-Fi network
and a parking slot which is a plus. but you can also have the unit unfurnished if
you want, as that is flexible.

The monthly rent is $1000 and a security deposit of $700 which is payable just once
and will be refunded at the end
of your tenure if no damage has been made to any of the properties in there during
your stay.
all other utilities are included in the rent.

to have the place booked, you'll first have to fill in and submit our rental
application form for proper review.

if you're able to be approved after applying, the lease contract agreement and
other booking documents will be processed

Due to the rental agency's privacy policy, i was informed by the booking manager
that all personal information provided
by our renters will be maintained and protected, including their names, mobile
telephone numbers, email addresses, and so forth.
so for that reason, in person tour tour while the apartment is still occupied is
not possible, but we can ask the current occupant
to do a video tour of the place. and well have it fowarded to you.

if that'll give you the perfect idea of what it is in there then we can proceed.
i'm also informed you can come view the place two days before you move in,
after the present tenant(s) vacate.
we uderstand that this may be uncomfortable. so for that reason, you may not
proceed if you wish.

the current occupant(s) will be vacating on March 20th, and the unit will
thoroughly be cleaned same day, then you can have it anytime
21st if you're able to have it booked first. as we have other interested applicants
too.
