activity, if necessary.
12. Establish a mechanism that ensures that all
studentparticipants must be sent home immediately /
after the activity. Parents/Guardians shall be notified
that the activity has already ended through any means
of communication, if necessary.

14. Submission of PTA Minutes of the Meeting/s & /
PTA Resolution for expenses charged against

21. Activity evaluation report shall be submitted as annexed to the completion report.
22. Liquidation Report for the expenses incurred must be prepared & submitted to the division
office and posted in the school transparency board 15 days after the conduct of the activity.
23. Compliance with the above requirements shall be the basis of the approval of succeeding
requests.
Note: All provisions/remarks stated above should be complied with prior to the conduct of
the activity. Noncompliance means disapproval of the activity.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Activity Title: Target Participants: Punta Princesa National High School (Night)
NATIONAL ARTS MONTH CELEBRATION 2024 Learners, and Teachers
Duration and Date: February 5, 16, 23 and March 1 Venue: Punta Princesa National High School - Night
Delivery Mode: Face to Face Budget Requirements and Source: P 3,500.00 from School
MOOE and other school funds.
Activity Description: Presidential Proclamation No. 683, s. 1991 declared February of every year as National Arts
Month to celebrate the artistic excellence and pay tribute to uniqueness and diversity of the Filipino heritage and
culture.

Rationale:
Punta Princesa National High School - Night celebrates National Arts Month 2024 with the theme: Ani ng
Sining, Bayang Malikhain. The celebration aims to promote culture awareness through arts with the various
activities prepared for the students to participate with the help of the MAPEH Department, Administration, Faculty
and Staff.

Objectives:

- To immerse learners in diverse cultural expressions and celebrate the bountiful harvest of talents through
culture and arts.

- To promote artistic creativity of each student through various activities that will enhance their artistic
skills in the different fields of the arts.

- To achieve artistic excellence as well as underscoring the capacity of arts as part of the culture and
tradition through local based activities.

End of Program Outputs:


This celebration served as a testament to the limitless potential of human expression, bringing together young
artist, emerging talents, and enthusiastic audiences. The month-long activities emphasized the importance of arts
education, acknowledging its role in shaping critical-thinking, nurturing innovation and contributing to the
holistic development of our society.

• As stipulated in DO #9 s. 2005, No Disruption of Classes.


• Ensure the safety and security of all students. Safety protocols like wearing a face mask, practicing
physical distancing if possible, and sanitizing hands as often as possible will be observed.
• Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) protocol will be put into place.
