Menghitung Kebutuhan Peralatan (Inventory)

SAMAWA SEASIDE COTTAGE berjarak 9 km dari pusat kota berada di wilayah


pengembangan ekonomi baru kawasan SAMOTA, letak penginapan di pesisir pantai berhadapan
dengan pulau moyo. Untuk kegiatan Restoran dan katering buka 24 jam untuk tamu hotel
maupun outside guest sementara untuk event- event biasanya untuk acara pernikahan, ulang
tahun, maupun familly event, gathering perusahaan. Perusahaan ini hanya memiliki 50 karyawan
di tambah 5 sekelas manager atau chief. Kekurangan alat dan staff biasanya terpenuhi dengan
bekerjasama pada SMK NEGERI 1 Sumbawa jurusan Boga. Event untuk kegiatan besar hanya
bisa di layani maxsimal 300 pax, seklaipun area garden luas namun fasiltas dan prasarana serta
staff yang terbatas menjadi kendala untuk berkembang.
