As we have come this far to start this agency we all need to get divided into groups each person
managing 1 or maybe 2 services I don’t think you have a problem if I be owner of this agency..
Because there is no other way to do this..
One method is we all be the partners and we all gets single client and we all work for same client isn’t
a good idea afterall and when it comes to get paid i don’t think we get equal payments and no one
would be satisfied with that thing and we even need to pay to the staff with who you gonna work
for…
Second method is I’ll be the owner and we get divided into group as I mentioned earlier each person
managing 1 or maybe 2 services each person with different services get different clients.. Now each
person will be having their own clients.. When It comes to payment you get your payment from your
client on the behalf of the agency.. You take the responsibility of how much you give to your worker
and I’ll be needing more than 25% of your payment from this client sounds fairenough ? You will be
taking the 75% and from that you’ll pay your worker…
