PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dolphin Bituminous Waterproof Coating is High performance cold applied single component coating system, specially designed from a blend of
special resin and rubber, reinforced with special water repelling fillers, minerals stabilizer and gelling agent. Dolphin Bituminous Waterproof
Coating can be applied over several types of substrates as waterproofing and protective coating.

The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and should be free of dirt, gravel, dust, and oil. The concrete should be dry
Preparation and smooth. Concrete shall be at least 28 days old, fully cured and well dry. All holes shall be repaired by proper
cementitious mortar prior to application.

Application surface should be dry and dust, rust, and grease-free. Also, Concrete surface must be at least 28 days
old and fully cured. Primed the surface if it’s extremely porous or uneven otherwise no primer is needed. For primer,
dilute Dolphin Bituminous Waterproof Coating with 25% water and apply it on the surface either, with the brush

or with a spray gun. Allow the primer to dry completely. Two coats are suggested to achieve the best result. It is
recommended to ensure that each coat is completely cured before the next coat is applied. Apply 2nd coat at 90°
angle of 1st coat and allow it 48hrs for curing.
Packaging Dolphin Bituminous Waterproof Coating is available in 5 kg bucket, 10 kg bucket and 20 kg bucket.
Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30°C. Storage should be frost protected. Dolphin Bituminous
Storage and shelf life
Waterproof Coating has 12 months shelf life if stored in required conditions.
As with all chemicals, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be
worn. Inhalation of vapor or mist should be avoided. If inhaled symptoms include coughing, wheezing, laryngitis,
and shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Immediately shift victim to fresh air, and, if needed
immediately start artificial respiration. Give oxygen if breathing is labored. Get emergency medical help. In case of

eye contact, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and call for medical help. Ingestion causes nausea, vomiting, and
loss of consciousness. If accidentally swallowed do not induce vomiting rather call for medical help immediately.
For skin contact, flush with water or soap and water until all traces have been removed. Seek medical attention if
required.
