    solarvcomponents in Nairobi and wale Coun/es.

    AVSI Founda,on invites competent companies in Electrical/green energy to tender for the
    following supply, delivery and installa,ons of solar components in Nairobi and Kwale Coun,es
    Kenya.

    Lot 1 (Kwale) - Supply, delivery and installa,on at Shimba Hills Health Centre -
    (3.3kWp/9.6kWh), Kichaka Simba Primary(2.42kWp/9.6kWh) and Mwagodzo Primary
    (2.42kWp/9.6kWh).

    Lot 2 (Nairobi) - Supply, delivery and installa,on at St. Kizito Mwihoko – Githurai
    (3.3kWp/9.6kWh), LiQle Prince Primary - Kibera (3.3kWp/9.6kWh) and Ushirika
    Centre Kibera (2.42kWp/9.6kWh).

    Requirements:
    Company profile with:-

    PIN and registra,on cer,ficate Audited accounts for the last 2 years
    Cer,ficate of compliance (Current) Declara,on of Eligibility duly stamped and signed (Annex 1)
    County opera,ng business license AVSI Code of Ethics acceptance duly stamped and signed (Annex 2)
    Backed/proven past experience EPRA cer,ficate C1. T3 and V2
    At least NCA 7 Electrical installa,on Tender dossier duly completed and signed in all its parts
    List of major solar supply, installa,on
    completed in the last 3 years

    All the above requirements are mandatory in order to be included in the proposal.

    Evalua/on criteria
    • Cost will be the main criteria at 70%
    • Past experience with AVSI and other INGOs 10%
    • Timeframe for work comple,on at 10%
    • Terms of payment 10%

    Manner of Submission
    Interested bidders are advised to collect Tender Dossier at AVSI Office, Off Thika road,
    Roysambu Exit 8 St. Kizito Building, from Thursday 16th May 2024 to Friday 7th June 2024
    during working hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 am-1:00 pm and 2:00 pm-5:00 pm) at a non -
    refundable fee of Kshs 5,000.

    The completed Tenders documents and priced BoQS must be submiQed in a sealed envelope
    clearly marked Ref No: AVS1/Nairobi/ AVSI/NRB/MAY/2024/16 Supply, delivery and
    installa,on of solar components in (Kwale lot 1) and (Nairobi lot 2) and deposited in the AVSI
    tender box at AVSI,Main office Nairobi no later than Date 7th June 2024 at 12.00 Noon. The
    tenders will be opened on the same day at 12.30 pm in AVSI Nairobi Office.

    All tenderers are invited to aQend the opening. Bid offers not conforming to the specifica,ons
    and tasks will not be considered. Late bids will not be accepted.
