VACATION TO SANTOLO BEACH
Last holiday, I and my family went to Santolo Beach at Pameungpeuk, Garut to
refresh our mind after the long time of work. We started the trip at 6.30 am. The way to
Santolo beach is quite good and the view is really beautiful. On our left and right is full
of ricefields and many coconut trees along the way. But when we nearly arrived, there
was a long traffic jam so we hardly to get into the beach. I guess this was because of the
Idul Fitri holiday, so people want to go to beach too. Then we just take a walk to the
beach because it was not far. Fortunately, the weather was not too hot on that day.
After we arrived, the beach was so crowded. But we still enjoyed the time by
took pictures, swimming, playing sand, and go around the beach by boat. We stay
overnight in the inn that we have rent before.

Many years ago in England lived Robin Hood. As a boy, he had been cheated by the
king. Since then he had decided that he would rob the rich and help the poor. Robin
Hood and his loyal men soon become famous all over England.
The Sheriff of Nottingham was Robin Hood’s enemy. He planned an archery
competition where his guards would capture Robin.
Robin loved archery and went to the contest. Right after he won the contest, Robin

Pink Beach or Pantai Merah Muda is one of the beaches in Komodo island,
East Nusa Tenggara. The beach is called Pink Beach because the sand beach is
pink. The pink color of its beach is a mixture of white sand beach colors mixed
with crushed coral, shells, calcium carbonate from marine invertebrates that
are very small, and also Foraminifera, microscopic amoeba that has a red body
shell.
At Pink Beach, there are so many marine organisms. No fewer than 1,000
species of fish, 260 species of coral, and 70 species of sponge can be found here.
Having so much marine life, this place is a proper spot for snorkeling and diving
for sea sports lovers.
