NOTES
i) This class is for steam service. Designed for 103.4 Bar G at a temperature of 315 deg C.
ii) The use of reduced bore ball valves is preferred, use full bore ball valves only when necessary for process/operating
requirements.
iii) The use of dual plate check valves is preferred, only use swing type check valves when required.
iv) Piston type check valves for horizontal mounting only.
v) For standardisation, flexibility, and integrity, DBB valve is shown on all pressure connections.
vi) A mono-flange valve may be used for PI remote and orifice instrument assemblies if preferred for lower cost.
vii) These flanges shall be used for companion flange well head.
viii) Valve type selection shall be as per P&ID.
ix) Weldneck flange schedule to match with pipe schedule.
x) Nipples to be manufactured in same material as pipe.
