Doctor - Good morning, kya meri baat Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms. Gupta se ho rahi hai?

Patient – Yes

Doctor – Main Dr. Sachin Singh baat kar raha hoon Truemeds se. Aapne jo order place kiya hai uske
regarding mujhe TrueMeds se aapki consultation ka request aaya hai

Patient – Ok

Doctor – Kya aap muhje patient ka naam aur age confirm kar sakte hain?

Patient – Yes, Mr. Rahul Gupta aur umar 69 yrs hai

Doctor - Aap ye medicines kab se le rahe hain?

Patient – 1-2 years

Doctor – Apne last time doctor visit kab kiya tha? (History to be taken as per the disease that the
patient has)

kijiye (recommends to do exercise or changes in diet to be added.)

500 aur bacha sakte hain jisse aap ka total discount 35% ho jayega.

Doctor - Aapko Rs. 1234 ki jagah sirf Rs. 900 dena padega.

(Always mention names of brands which are of top manufactures).

Doctor – Aapka total bill amount 35% discount ke baad Rs. 900 ho raha hai,

Patient – thik hai

Doctor – Kya aapko kuch doubt ya kuch aur puchna hai?

Points to remember –

Do’s:

1. Always talk about those medicines first where savings are maximum

2. Always talk first about those medicines and the quality of the manufacturer where the
substitute brands are among the following:

Cipla,Sun Pharma,Ranbaxy, Mankind, Abbott, Biochem, Zydus, Intas, Alkem, Cadila, Wockhardt,
Lupin

All of these are top pharma brands in the country and if the recommended substitute if from these
pharma companies, make sure you tell the customer about the quality and brand equity

3. If the customer has any doubt in substituting, reassure them with


Brand of substitute (as mentioned above)

4. Tell them 1000s of patients on Truemeds are buying these substitute medicines. It is exactly
the same in salt composition

5. Reassure them that “Company change krne se kucch nahi hoga. Exact same salt composition
hai, exact same power, exact same output and effectiveness hai. Not to worry”

6. For any question on side effects of these substitutes, tell them these medicines are exactly
same & proven by clinical trials

7. If we do not have the substitutes and customer asks for it,

tell them “Hamari team is par kaam kar rahi hai aapke liye best value medicine dhoondne mein”

8. If a customer asks - “kya ye medicine generic hai?

Patient ko boliye “ Ye bilkul aapke medicine ki tarah exactly same hai. Salt composition,
strength,equally effective.” even after this if the patient is asking about the query then answer the
below line.

Jo bhi medicine patent nahi hoti, usko generic bolte hain. India mein 95% medicines non-patent hi
hoti hain. Aapki original and ye substitute dono hi patented nahi hai.

Don’ts:

1. Do not use words like“Hamara substitute”, “Our substitute” etc. We are unbiased. We are
just telling them the best value medicine available

2. Do not use words like “Sir/Madam” for customers. As a professional doctor, refer to the
customer as “Mr./Mrs./Ms. XYZ”
