Question 2
Write a letter on any ONE of the following situations given below. [15]
a) You are Sangay, the school captain of Jigmeling Middle Secondary School, Sarpang.
Write a letter of invitation to the programme coordinator of Bhutan Broadcasting
Service (BBS) requesting him/her to cover the important event of your school’s
reading week celebration.
b) You are Thinley, studying in Class XI Commerce in Rigpa Central School, Thimphu
Thromde. You wish to have a successful business person come over to your school
and give a talk to the commerce stream students from the business point of view as a
career path. Write a letter to the principal of your school requesting him to invite such
persons.
