Regardless of age, sex, country, religious convictions, socioeconomic position, or

political affiliation, students must be embraced. Additional graduates from recognized

high schools are required. Students can meet all TSU's outlined admission
requirements. We are convinced that this enrollment policy demands that students
are aware of the crucial duties they are expected to carry out. It is essential that they
get familiar with the standards the school has set for its students. Students will
understand their responsibilities under these policies for admission.

The TSU college application review process is made to find and accept applicants
who have the skills and qualities needed to succeed academically and positively
impact the university community. TSU makes sure that its student body is made up
of people who are not only competent in school but also have the qualities required
for both professional and personal achievement by emphasizing the value of
accurate and legitimate qualifications, performance in school, screenings, overall
wellness, and compliance to rules and regulations. TSU maintains its dedication to
provide top-notch education and fostering the next generation of leaders through this
tough evaluation process.

Around 2013–2014, Tarlac State University transferred the College of Human

Kinetics to the College of Education. According to TSU, they moved CHK to the
College of Education because the College of Education has a major course in
physical education, which will make it easier for students to study. Because of
physical education, students can take the board exam immediately after their 4-year
course; unlike CHK, there is no board exam after the 4-year course; they still need to
master for 6 months to take the board exam. But, from the point of view of the
students, it is hard for them to adjust because it will have a consequence: they will
become irregular students.

According to one of the students, he could not accept that their batch was cut off
because he is in his 2nd year of college and he has already paid the tuition fee for
the 2nd semester. CHK was suddenly transferred to COE, and because of that he
will be an irregular student and he also has financial problems. It's sad because of
that incident he couldn't continue his college studies because of financial problems. I
understand both sides; they both think of the same thing; one thought that it would
make their studies easier, while the other wanted to continue what he had started
and also had a problem with financial support.

The Republic Act 10931, known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary
Education Act was signed into law in August 2017 by President Rodrigo Duterte,
providing underprivileged Filipino students the opportunity to pursue college degrees
through free tuition and exemption of other fees in SUCs. Provide all Filipinos with
equal opportunity to quality tertiary education in both the private and public
educational institutions, Because of the free tuition, students no longer need to take
out loans or work to continue their studies. This helps them avoid finances and focus
on their studies.

Students encounter financial difficulties that hinder their progress towards academic
goals. They cannot entirely focus on learning activities due to their need to manage
money and work to support their education. Freeing them from this burden could
enable them to fully engage in their studies. This solution would lessen their financial
hardships by removing the requirement for student loans and part-time employment.

As stated by our participant "My older brother said that he was able to take a test at
TSU for an engineering course and he passed the exam. But the unfortunate thing is
he was not chosen because they select those who are more skilled and intelligent
than him, and my brother even paid our acquaintance working at TSU just so he
could study engineering."

TSU College Admission Test, a step towards a new level of education. This is the
test that upcoming college students worry about everyday, because they would have
to study almost everyday and every hour just to pass the requirements, although
there are slim chances where stuff happens in the background where the public
won't be able to witness, just like having an inside connection to someone with
power.

A step towards a higher degree of study is the TSU College Admission Test. Though
there are slim chances where things happen in the background that the public won't
be able to witness, similar to having an inside connection to someone in power, this
is the test that incoming college students worry about every day because they would
have to study almost every day and every hour just to pass the requirements.

We all know that Students would do anything for the sake of a good education. But
we can't hide the fact that there will always be flaws attempting their way to college.
Perhaps they are just taking the easy way since they have the connections or future
courses that they really wanted to get. Instead of judging them for what they did, let's
just have a wide perspective to understand that all people deserve a right to a good
education.

To sum it up, The TSU College Admission Test evaluates students academic
performance before pursuing their course that they wanted. The test reflects the
values and capabilities of one student in the current educational system. It is
essential to maintain balance in academic success while recognizing the hindrance
that standardized testing can bring. Education should seek to encourage everyone to
give all their best potentials while presenting good morals, critical thinking, and a
wide range of creativity.
