NAME
The name of the association shall and always be called Akuumunne Nibo Youth
MEMBERSHIP
REGISTRATION
A potential member shall be given a registration form and monthly dues card free
of charge. A person is however not considered a member until he is confirmed and
receives a membership card
To have accepted the principles, policies and objectives of the association to have
agreed to conform to the constitution regulations and rules of the society as may
from time to time be enforced.
To renew his/her membership monthly with the sum of Two Thousand Naira only
(N2000), this indicates the member’ willingness.

Every registered member of the association upon registration must possess the
constitution.
Must attend the weekly association meetings and scheduled visitations when called
upon.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The following codes of conducts shall guide the members of the association.
1. Check well before joining the association because failure to meet with
expectation of the association bills no refund of money
2. Falling to pay the bill at the association on the day of our meeting as we agree
penalty of N1000
3. Whoever that holds a post must be respected.
4. Fighting our member both in or out of the meeting N5000 each
5. Failure to attend our meeting for no good reason penalty N1000
6. Any member that brings a person as a new member must sign for the person as
well, in case of lose or damages.
7. Always obey the last order by the chairman and the cabinet.
8. We all are to pay N5,000 every last Friday+++++++++++++++++ of the
month.
9. We also agree to maintain our numbers never to change it.
10. Fee for Lateness is N500
11. Noisemaking in the meeting attracts a fine of N500
12. And any member that will be hosting the meeting will dictate the venue
13.As long as our meeting is going on, no member should go out until the meeting
comes to an end
14. The host must arrange the venue with chairs before the meeting with our club
banner, failure to do that will attract a penalty of N500

18. You can only be qualified to the association right if you have been a member
for up to 2 years, the right given is N250,000 and your guarantor must be
present. anything you do after 2 years to get your right will attract the
following:
i. Carton’s of beer

iii. Small stout
iv. Cooler of food
v. 2 pack of bottle water
vi. Full chicken each

MEMBERSHIP
Before you can get the some of N100,000 from us, you must be a member of the
association.

1 bottle of groundnut and garden egg with the sum of N2000 cash for Id Card
MEETING DAYS
Every 2nd Sunday of the month is our meeting day by 3:00pm and by 3:30 pm
Member’s money must be paid to his account if you want, before the meeting day,
come along with your teller or message alert as proof of payment.
Any money agreed to be paid by the club members must be paid by all the
members, pay before the deadline given, whether you are around or not. If you fail

to do so, please don’t expect the members on the day of your celebration and also
forget about the money that is supposed to be given to you.
WELFARE/ PRIVILEGE
A. Any member in need of assistance from the association shall make his request
known to the executive with and interval of one week notice.
B. The association will render assistance to any one in need pending on the nature
and magnitude of the person’s need
C. The association must ensure that at accomplishes lies right as soon as possible
to the person requesting such assistance
