REVIEWER IN WORK IMMERSION

• When listing previous work experience, one should put first the most important.
• Joy is invited for an interview by the company STI. She should wear a formal suit.
• One thing you should not do during the first interview is to negotiate pay.
• Productivity is when you are taking pride of your work.
• If the interviewer asked about any gaps in your work history, you should reply by describing some
volunteering and consulting you have done during that time.
• Cooperation -when an employee knows how to get along with others, abide with the prescribed
attire and follow rules and regulations.
• If an employer asks an illegal question during an interview, you should use your best judgment
depending on the question and the circumstances.
• Productivity can be also shown when an employee accomplished tasks more within the stipulated
or specified time.
• Aggressiveness is a quality that should not applied in an interview.
• Tell me something about yourself that is not on your resume-is not a behavioral-based question.
• You can discuss or ask question about salary with a hiring company during the prescreen
interview, Before the first interview wraps up, and after you've completed the second interview.
• Punctuality is the characteristic of being able to complete a required task or fulfill an obligation
before or at a previously designated time.
• Work ethics refers to a group of moral principles, standards of behavior, or set of values regarding
proper conduct in the workplace.
• Right Attitude -an employee who happens to be given another responsibility reacted positively and
he still accepted the additional work given to him.
• Reliability – a boss or an employer trusted his/her employee to do his works because he/she
believes that the employee works even without his employer’s supervision.
• Teamwork -Lea is an employee from a STI Company she helps other colleagues because he/she
believes in the saying that” Two heads are better than one.
• Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OHSP) is being implemented for safety and protection.
• Physical hazard-If you know you are not feeling well due to colds, cough and fever, you prefer to
stay at home and rest.
• Obedience - is being inculcated in you upon the discussion of the safety in a workplace.
• Commitment & Excellence -when you are at work, and you represent the company, dressing - up
appropriately, using the appropriate language, and asking for help if you know you can hardly solve
a problem or situation are good practices.
• To protect yourselves - you need to work safely on the perspective of the management.
• Cooperation in a workplace- You know how to follow rules and regulations of the workplace.
• Work Immersion is a specialized subject.
• Work Immersion Teacher - is the school personnel designated to supervise the learners during the
Work Immersion.
• MOA or Memorandum of Agreement -is a legal binding document is signed by the two parties.
• Work Immersion must be conducted in a Work Immersion Venue.
• Terms and conditions of the memorandum of agreement does not include to be given opportunity
to stay in offices.
• Provide an extensive evaluation tool for students’ immersion performance- is not the
responsibilities of the work immersion partner institution as stipulated in the DepEd order no. 30, s
2017.
• There is a need for the school to provide an evaluation tool for the students’ performance in the
work immersion venue to give feedback/comments/suggestions about student’s performance at
the work immersion venue.
• MOA/Memorandum of agreement terms and conditions is important in the implementation of
work immersion program because it is a legally binding document which spells out the specific
terms and conditions between and among parties entering a partnership to implement program,
project or any other similar undertaking.
• Dep Ed Order No. 40, s. 2015- is a guideline to all partnership agreements such as memorandum of
agreement (MOA), memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and other similar documents entered
into between DepEd and its local offices and schools and their partners.
• Police Clearance is a document issued to a person to prove and certify that he/she is free and
cleared from any case, liability, crime, offense, and bad record in the local town or
municipality he/ she is currently residing.
• Medical Certificate-This certificate must be based on facts known to the doctor, including the
practitioner’s own observations as well as information provided by the patient. Should also include
date the medical practitioner considers the patient is likely to be recovered.
• Barangay Certificate -The recent cedula and ID are the two important requirements for this
certificate. A brief document used to summarize a job seeker’s experience and qualifications for a
prospective employer.
• Resume- A brief document used to summarize a job seeker’s experience and qualifications for a
prospective employer. It is also a self-advertisement that shows how my skills, experience, and
achievements match the requirements of the job I want. A resume is important for an employer
because it provides the company record of the employees.
• professional references mean your current/former manager, co‐workers, or college professors.
• An application should accompany the resume and include specific job being applied for, including
the company’s name.
• Credentials such as Barangay Clearance, Police Clearance, Mayor’s Clearance or certificate and
Medical Certificate important because it demonstrates persons that are committed to their
profession and have invested time and resources in developing their skills.
• The interview is frequently impromptu meaning Questions are on the spot.
• Attitude - To be a better employee, you must listen to suggestions.
• An application letter is a description of your core strengths and suitability for the job.
