‫ﺭﻭﺯ ﻛﻨﻜﻮﺭ‬

‫ﭼﻨﺪ ﺭﻭﺯ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻛﻨﻜﻮﺭ ﺑﺎﻗﻲ ﻧﻤﺎﻧﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ‪.‬ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻄﻮﺭ ﻛﻪ ﻫﻔﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻭ ﻣﺎﻩﻫﺎ ﮔﺬﺷـﺘﻨﺪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻳﻚ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﻫﻢ ﺗﻤﺎﻡ ﻣﻲﺷﻮﺩ‪.‬ﺷﻤﺎ ﭼﻪ‬
‫ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻴﺪ ﻭ ﭼﻪ ﻧﺪﺍﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻴﺪ‪،‬ﺩﺭ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﺭﻭﺯ‪،‬ﻫﻤﻪ ﭼﻴﺰ ﺗﻤﺎﻡ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ‪،‬ﻣﮕﺮ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺨﻮﺍﻫﻴﺪ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺭﺍ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﻛﻨﻜﻮﺭ‬
‫ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺁﺯﺍﺩ ﻫﻢ ﺁﻣﺎﺩﻩ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ‪.‬ﺑﺮ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻛﻪ ﺭﻭﺯﻫﺎﻱ ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻧﻲ ﻫﻢ ﺑﺎ ﺭﺍﺣﺘﻲ ﻭ ﺁﺭﺍﻣﺶ ﻃﻲ ﺷﻮﺩ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪﻫﺎﻱ ﺯﻳﺮ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻴﺪ‪.‬‬
‫ﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ‬
‫ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﻫﺮ ﻛﺎﺭ ﻣﻬﻢ ﻭ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﻲ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﺁﻓﺮﻳﻦ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮﺹ ﻭﻗﺘﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﺍﺣﻞ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﺁﻥ ﻧﺰﺩﻳﻚ ﻣﻲﺷﻮﻳﻢ‪.‬ﺍﻳﻦ‬
‫ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﺗﺎ ﺣـﺪﻱﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻭﻟﻲ ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨـﺎﻥ ﻛﻪ ﮔﻔﺘﻴﻢ ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻥ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎﺭﮔﻴﺮﻱ ﻓﻨـﻮﻧﻲ ﻭﻣﻬـﻢﺗﺮ ﺍﺯﻫﻤﻪ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻦ ﺗﻔﻜﺮﻣﻨﻄﻘﻲ‪،‬‬
‫ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﺭﺍ ﺗﻌﺪﻳﻞ ﻭﻛﻨﺘﺮﻝ ﻛﺮﺩ‪.‬ﻧﻜﺘﻪ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺁﻥ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻋﻠﻲﺭﻏﻢ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ‪،‬ﺑﻌﻀﻲ ﻧﺎﺷﻲﮔﺮﻱﻫﺎ ﻫﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺁﻥ‬
‫ﺩﺍﻣﻦ ﻣﻲﺯﻧﺪ‪.‬‬
‫ﻳﻚ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺍﺯ ﺑﺪﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻧﺎﺷﻲﮔﺮﻱﻫﺎ‪ ،‬ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺎ ﺁﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﺳﺎﻋﺎﺕ ﻭ ﻟﺤﻈـﺎﺕ ﺍﺳﺖ‪.‬ﻋﺪﻩﺍﻱ ﺣﺘﻲ ﺗﺎ ﻣﺤﻞ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ ﻫﻢ ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﻫﻤﺮﺍﻩ ﺧﻮﺩ‬
‫ﻣﻲﺑﺮﻧﺪ ﻭ ﺗﺎ ﻟﺤﻈﻪﻱ ﻭﺭﻭﺩ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﺩﺳﺖ ﺑﺮﺩﺍﺭ ﻧﻴﺴﺘﻨﺪ‪.‬ﻓﺮﺽ ﺑﮕﻴﺮﻳﺪﺣﺘﻲ ﺩﻭ ﺳﺆﺍﻝ ﻫﻢ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺧﻮﺍﻧـﺪﻩﻫﺎﻱ ﺩﻗﻴﻘﻪ‪ ٩٠‬ﺩﺭ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ‬
‫ﺑﻴﺎﻳﺪ ﻭﻟﻲ ﺣﺘﻢ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻴﺪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻛﺎﺭ‪،‬ﻳﺎﺩﮔﻴﺮﻱﻫﺎﻱ ﻗﺒﻠﻲ ﺷﻤﺎ ﺭﺍﻣﺨﺘﺎ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﺪﻛﺮﺩ‪.‬ﻳﻚ ﻧﺎﺷﻲﮔﺮﻱ ﺩﻳﮕﺮﻫـﻮﻝ ﺷﺪﻥ ﻭﻋﺠﻠﻪ ﻛﺮﺩﻥ‬
‫ﺍﺳﺖ‪.‬ﺍﻳﻦ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺨﻮﺍﻫـﻴﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻛﻤـﺒﻮﺩﻫﺎ ﺭﺍﺟﺒﺮﺍﻥ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ ﻭ ﺗﺎ ﻣﻲﺗـﻮﺍﻧﻴﺪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺗﺴﺖ ﺑﺰﻧﻴﺪ ﻫﺮ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪﺍﻱ ﻫﻢ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪،‬‬
‫ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪﺍﺵ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﺪﺑﻮﺩ‪ .‬ﺍﮔﺮﺑﺎﺣﻮﺻﻠﻪ ﻭ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻲ ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻴﺪ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ ﺩﺭ ﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﺿﻄﺮﺍﺏ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﻴﺪ‬
‫ﺍﻓﺘﺎﺩ‪.‬ﺩﺭﺻﻮﺭﺕ ﻟﺰﻭﻡ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮﺩﺗﺎﻥ ﺗﺬﻛﺮ ﺩﻫﻴﺪ‪.‬‬

‫ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪،‬ﺑﻪ ﻫﺮ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺮ ﻭﺿﻌﻴﺘﻲ ﺁﻣﺎﺩﻩ ﺑﺎﺷﻴﺪ‪.‬‬
