    INAUGURAL DISCOUNT ₹3000/- (PER SQ. FT.)

    EFFECTIVE B.S.P ₹22,000/- (PER SQ. FT.)

    OTHER CHARGES (AT THE TIME OF BOOKING)

    ADDICTIONAL CHARGES ₹700/- (PER SQ. FT.)

    PLC 5% OF B.S.P

    PAYMENT PLAN

    ON APPLICATION 10% OF TOTAL PRICE

    WITHIN 30 DAYS OF APPLICATION 40% OF TOTAL PRICE

    COMPLETION OF 5TH FLOOR 15% OF TOTAL PRICE

    COMPLETION OF 12TH FLOOR 10% OF TOTAL PRICE

    COMPLETION OF SUPER STRUCTURE 15% OF TOTAL PRICE

    ON APPLICATION FOR OC 10% OF TOTAL PRICE

    Note:

    • THE PRICE LIST IS NOT PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL OR LEGAL OFFERING AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY
    WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION.
    • BOOKING IS SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICATION FORM AND AGREEMENTS.
