    II. Project Description

    A. Brief Summary of the Project


    The Construction of a Multi-Purpose Building is aimed to address the need for physical
    space/building where the youth of San Clemente may converge, discuss, plan, meet, participate and
    coordinate among themselves and/or with local governments, agencies, and other sectors for the
    implementation of youth-oriented and/or youth-led activities.
    B. Problem Statement (maximum of 2 paragraphs or 1 paragraph per problem it wants to
    address, substantiating the problem/s or opportunity/ies)

    Recognized as a vital force in community-building, the youth sector of San Clemente,


    composed of 5,037 individuals needs to be properly organized for them to be able to contribute
    meaningfully to the society. However, due to insufficiency of funds, there is limited available facility
    that will cater to youth led and/or youth oriented activities.

    C. Project Goal and Objectives

    The Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, implementable with ______ cd, is aimed to provide the
    youth with venue for activities, such as meetings, seminar, trainings, etc. , and at the same time for
    local tourism promotional activities and other local economic promotional ventures.

    D. Project Components / Expected Output/s / Timetable

     It is recommended that one(1) objective correspond to one(1) component. For example:

    IV. Project Management / Monitoring and Evaluation

    be utilized in accordance with SGLG Incentive Fund guidelines.

    Functions of the Monitoring Committee


    1. See to it that the project is implemented on time.
    2. Technically inspect the facility if it conforms to the desired design and specification.
    3. Submit inspections and monitoring reports.
    4. Prepare completion report of the program.

    V. Project Sustainability

    The local government unit shall be responsible for the monitoring and maintenance to ensure sustainability
    of the project. Manpower/Personnel will also be provided by the LGU.

    VI. Risk Management

    The project will be implemented as scheduled unless heavy rains or other natural calamity will occur.
