    BENEDICTO JIMENEZ BACCA

    Benedicto Jimenez Bacca was born on May 7, 1953. Is a peruvian detective and

    lawyer who belonged to the investigative Police of Peru, he was creator and chief of

    operation of the especial intelligence group (GEIN of the Direccion contra el

    Terrorismo, in charge of capturing the leader of Sendero Luminoso, terrorist Abimael

    Guzman Reynoso, on september 12, 1992.

    The primary objective of the gein was the capture of the Senderista leader Abimael

    Guzmán. After two failed attempts, the operation took place on September 12, 1992.

    That day, Abimael Guzmán was captured in a house in the Surquillo district.

    He was a Police Attaché in the Republic of Panama between the years 1995-1999,

    having had an excellent performance, He served as head of the National Penitentiary

    Institute (INPE) in February 2007, resigning after a scandal that linked him to the

    sentenced Fernando Zevallos.

    On November 21, 2012, the General Directorate of the National Police of Peru

    granted the members of the GEIN the "National Hero Ensign PNP Mariano Santos

    Mateos"

    On August 24, 2017, the Congress of the Republic declared the GEIN members

    "Heroes of Democracy"; recognition in which Benedicto Jiménez was included

    DAILY ROUTINE

    Wilbert Daily Routine

    I’m Wilbert, I’m nineteen years old. I live in the Olivos City. Every day, I wake up at
    7:00 o’ clock. Then, I get up from bed to wash my face and brush my teeth. After that,
    I have a breakfast. I usually have milk, toast and orange juice. At 8:00 a.m I start to
    study.

    At quarter to two, I have lunch with my family, I like tallarines rojos. It’s so delicious.
    After lunch, I usually do my homework, I sometimes go online and search information
    about my school subjects. After that, I Listen to English music in order to improve my
    pronunciation and learn new words.

    At eight o’clock, I have a dinner. For dinner I prefer pizza with a cup of tea.
