Renewable Power projects. We provide full End-to-End solutions for all Solar, Wind, hydro
& Bio mass. The Firm is Back-by Technocrat Personalities. VPPL is a green energy
solutions provider founded by professional technocrats from Engineering, Energy,
management and Marketing fields. Driven by a passion for green energy, the founders
merged their strengths and combined experience of more than 10 years to become a
leading provider of affordable, innovative and high quality renewable energy solutions in
India.
We are running with a team of Experts and Engineers with planning and design experts
including Renewable professionals, Experts in Civil & Electrical Engineering, Finance and

1. Renewable Energy Power Plant Consultancy Services:
Our RE power plant consulting division provides consulting services in setting up MW
level grid connected Wind & Solar PV power plants. The two main components to a proper
Feasibility Study are an experienced evaluation team and a cohesive study framework.

2. Power Plant Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

Our EPC Division is specialized in the setting up of Wind & Solar photo-voltaic (PV) Power
Plants on EPC or turnkey basis. It conceives & implements power projects from the
initiation to installation and maintenance, using the best available components and cutting
edge technical solutions by relying on highly qualified professionals.
3. Electrical Infrastructure Services (EIS)

Our technocrat team provides turnkey support in electrical infrastructure development in
domestic, industrial and power projects. We have an “A” class Electrical License and
undertake Electrical Infrastructure project in Industrial sector, Power project sector
exclusively in Solar & Wind power project. We also undertake ABT, Telemetry and AMR
compliance work for SLDC in turnkey basis for RE Power Projects and Open Access
consumer.
VPPL have provided services in construction and Erection of 33KV DP Yard, 33/11KV
Substation & lines, 132KV S/s Bay & 132KV Substation Civil & Erection Work all type of LT
work etc.
4. Open Access Power services & Consultancy (Power Sale Or

Purchase)
VPPL offer comprehensive range of services to all high tension (HT) consumers for
arranging cheaper power under Intra state open access policy mechanism from all
Renewable power projects such as Solar, wind, small hydro biomass and under
Interstate/Intra Open access policy mechanism from Non Renewable (Conventional)
power projects. Open Access allows consumers to purchase electricity directly from
power generators. Our Open access power sale team covers all liasoning work with
DISCOMS and all issues involving regarding Generation, distribution, transmission and
sale or purchase of Power. "VPPL has crossed target of selling 100MW power
generated from Wind & Solar in overall MP&MH".

5. Solar Roof Top Turnkey Solutions

VPPL brings in its years of experience in designing and installing solar photovoltaic
systems on rooftops. We recognize that open roof spaces on rooftops on buildings have an
excellent potential in energy savings every year and the Net Metering policy in some state
is in place. We can provide a complete turnkey service to provide a feasibility study,
engineering, manage procurement and installation and commission the system to bring it
online as quickly and efficiently as possible on BOOT /BOT basis.
We also offer our client custom designed solar systems to suit special requirements of
aesthetic decoration or space. Special requirements could be solar canopies on roofs,
covered parking spaces, covered walkways, bus shelters etc. Depending on the
requirements VPPL can design and install both grid tied as well as stand-alone systems.

VPPL are offering following services for procuring power from Rooftop Solar power
projects under Net Metering Policy (located on rooftop or freehold space in campus):
 CAPEX Plan
For clients willing to set-up self funded/owned Solar PV system on their own roofs
 RESCO/OPEX Plan
For clients with limitation of Capital Expenditure, but willing to rent
their roof/permit a third party to operate their funded/owned system, and
deliver discounted power to rooftop owner &/or grid.
VEDANJAY POWER PVT LTD is felling proud to say that VPPL along with VISA
Powertech successfully executed first OPEX Model 1200kWp Rooftop Solar PV power
project at VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES LTD, Aurnagabad under Net Metering Policy 2015.

6. Energy Management & Environmental protection Solutions

7. Forecasting of Renewable Energies

The objective of forecasting is to facilitate large-scale grid integration of solar and wind
electric generating stations which maintaining grid stability and security as envisaged
under the Grid Code, through forecasting, scheduling and commercial mechanism for
deviation settlement for these generators. All wind and solar electric generators connected
to the State grid, including those connected via pooling stations, and selling power within
or outside the State. VPPL offering services to Renewable power project
developers/Owners to make the compliance of day ahead forecasting in PAN India basis
along with add on services to Management of RE power projects portfolio by doing
accurate forecasting like Real time, Intraday, Weekly forecasting to increase the revenue.
