BRNO SPACE
STUDENT CONFERENCE 2024
Faculty of Science, Masaryk University, Kotlářská 2, Brno Institute of
Geography, lecture room Z4
After last year's successful 0th edition of the Brno Student Conference in the field of space activities, the three
largest Brno universities, in cooperation with the Brno Space Cluster and partners, are organizing another
edition of this conference. Space research and its applications are a very dynamically developing field. The
Czech Republic certainly does not want to be left behind.
The aim of BRNO SPACE - STUDENT CONFERENCE 2024 is to create and develop a platform for mutual
meetings, learning and cooperation not only between university student teams, but also between them and
the commercial sector and other partners who use space applications in various forms. The event will also
include opportunities to meet, discuss and network with each other. We also want to present current and
upcoming projects, both in the field of space technology and research.
The conference is intended for students of all study programmes, academic and research staff of
universities and research institutes, representatives of commercial companies in the fields concerned, as well
as all other interested parties, including students in their final year of secondary school.
The event will take place on the premises of Masaryk University, 2 Kotlářská Street, Brno, in the
building of the Institute of Geography, classroom Z4. More information about the venue is given below in the
organizational guidelines.
The meeting languages are Czech, Slovak and English.
