Yes, I have a large family.There are 5 people in my family such as my parents, my
grandmother, me and my brother.

2. How would you describe your family?

My family has 4 members.They are my father, he is a worker,my mother, she is a
housewife, me, I’m a studen and my brother , he is a baby.

3. Do you live with your family?

No, I don’t live with my family because I am studying at university now.

4. Who is important to you in your family?

In my family, mother is a person important to me because, she take care of me
when I was a born.

Well, the small child I want to talk about is my niece called Mai, who is the
daughter of my sister. Actually, she is currently eight years old and she is studying
in primary school.She is really adorable with sparkling eyes and rosy cheeks, and I
really like her smile because it makes her look like an angel. When we get together,
we do a number of different things, such as playing a game, watching cartoons, or
hanging out in a park. I would like to talk about my niece for several
reasons.Firstly, I feel that Rainy is fairly smart. More importantly, I also think she
is very sociable.To me, I love to interact with my niece because when I am talking
with her, I just use a pure and simple mind, which is totally different from the adult
world.

1. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
In my spare time, I enjoy reading book because it helps me to improve my
knowlegde.

2. Do you prefer to spend your free time alone to with other people?
No, I don't like spending my free time with other people because I like spending
my free time alone, it makes me feel relaxed.
3. What time of the day do you like the most?
I like the evening time from 5 pm to 9pm. It is the time to relax after the days
hard work, to get refreshed and enjoy with family and friends.
4. How do you spend your time in the evenings?
In the evening, I spend my time to do my homework then I go to bed at 10pm

The activity I like doing is watching DVDs. I love watching film every weekend
and sometimes in the week.I prefer watching films at home to going to the cinema.
I watch films at my friend’s house too.I like watching films with my family.We
cook a meal and then we enjoy eating speding time with my family.

A popular festival in Vietnam is Tet holiday, it takes place in the first month of the
lunar calendar every year.
2. Is it important for a country to have festivals?
Yes, it is important for a country to have festival because we visit famous places,
we meet people or events so it is crucial.
3. Are there any festivals or celebrations at this time of the year?
One of the festival at this time of the year is Chritmas.It helds on 25th of the
December.
4. How do you celebrate an important occasion in your family such as a wedding
or a birthday?
We celebrate important occasion in my family by getting together with my parents,
having a big meal and play some games afterwards.

My 18th birthday was held on a big restaurant in my hometown. It happened last

year and all my family members attended it to congratulate my on my special day
although they were so busy. Some of my relatives are living in Ha noi but they still
came back to Vinh city to celebrate my 18the birthday party.I felt really happy and
proud of love given to me from my friends and relatives. My Dad said that I am old
enough to make my own decisions for something thought I still need my parents’
advices for importatnt things and I was given a laptop on that day. I’ll never forget
that day it’s so memorable and warm.

I am from AG province.It is a modern and beautiful place.
2. How would you describe your home town?
My hometown is in AG province. Among them, the most famous city is Long
Xuyen, which has many tourist attractions such as cinemas, supermarkets and
famous mountains.I love my hometown because people are very friendly and nice.
 3. Where is your home town located?
My hometown is located Ag province.It is about 120km from HCM city
4. What do people in your home town do?
In my hometown, people do farming, many they are a famer but another is a
worker.

Anyone who comes to visit my country should spend time discovering one of the
most beautiful cities of Vietnam which I’m going to tell you about.It’s a coastal
city named Nha Trang It’s quite compact and you could walk across the city in, a
couple of hours but actually, there’s no need to do that as we have a fantastic public
transport system so it’s easy to get around.I visited this peaceful city 1 year ago
when I was on my summer holiday to dispel the extreme heat of the sun. I came
along the sandy beach to enjoy the fresh air of the wind and the salty taste of
seawater. I also dropped by some upmarket shops and chain stores in the centre but
only for window shopping.I am definitely keen on living in this city due to many
reasons. Firstly, it is such a worth-living city because of its peace, cleanliness and
beauty. Secondly, this charming city attracts a lot of foreign visitors, so I can learn
many things from them.

Part 1
1. When did you last watch television?
I watched TV last night afer I finished my homework then I go to bed early.
2. What are some popular TV programs in your country?
Some popuplar TV programs in my country are gameshow, cartoon, soap opera,but
gameshow is very popular in my country in recent years.
3. What do you usually watch on television?
I usually watch gameshow on TV sometimes I watch drama series on weekend
4. Do you prefer TV news or news on the radio?
Yes,I prefer TV news because it brings a lot of information and updates news
quickly.

Part 2
Talk about a TV program you enjoy watching

I’d like to talk about a TV programme I enjoy watching called Chat Chat.It’s a
popular talk show and the guests are usually famous actors or singers.
For example, two Oscar winners were on the show last week.Firstly, my favourite
parts are the presenter and the music.The presenter is very funny and very good at
is job.A good example of this is when he interviews guests.He is very kind and
patient, so he can ask difficult questions and get honest answer.There is always a
music part at the end of the show.A singer or group sing a song.I usually watch
this show on Monday afternoons when I’m at my friend’s house.We love watching
this show and we eat some snacks and just relax.

Finally, I enjoy watching this programme because it is funny, interesting and

relaxing.I forget about my studies and my problems and I enjoy learning about
these famous people.
