Ms An: Hello everyone, my name is Tam An, class K22408CA, majoring in IB. In
terms of strengths, I am a quite sociable person and easy to adapt in a new
environment. I believe this will be a big plus in the process of working with people, in
addition, I can build content quite well. My big weakness is editing, because I don't
have much experience in this field.
Ms Anh: Hello everyone, my name is Thao Anh, currently studying Marketing for the
first year. I am really happy to meet you all. In terms of strengths, I adapt to the
environment very well, and at the same time I am also flexible in jobs, any job I can
do even though I may not be very professional. In terms of weakness, I'm a shy

person, not easy to open up to people, so sometimes I can look a bit cold and quiet. In
addition, due to my shy nature, I am also afraid to speak in front of a crowd, but if I
am given this job, I will still try to do it well.
Mr Hung: Hello everyone, my name is Tuan Hung from class K22407CA. My strong
point is someone who is very easy to work with and prepares the content well.
However, when I first start the group, I will be quiet and I am also weak in the design
part like An.
Mr. Thuan: And hello everyone. My name is Uong Duc Thuan from class K21410CA.
Like you guys, I do the content part quite well. My personality is also relaxed and fun,
but at work I will be strict. My weakness lies in the image editing part. This part of my
skill is only at an intermediate level, so the image I edit will not be so excellent. I hope
you will be serious and thorough in your work, but we will still be happy and
comfortable when not working. At the same time, I hope that I will learn more about
image editing. For my part, I will try to fulfill my role as a team leader and I will share

II. Meeting content: Choose products for the group and briefly present their ideas.
Mr. Thuan: Welcome to our 2nd group meeting. As mentioned in meeting minutes
(01), today we will have a meeting to present ideas as well as implementation methods
for our upcoming project. We will have 10 minutes to present the content that we have
prepared and give feedback to choose what is the most suitable idea for the upcoming
opinion.
Mr Hung: AI technology helps the elderly in commuting and daily life with compact
criteria, suitable for customers over the age of 30.

Mr. Uong: After the ideas have been presented, please choose which topic you are
most interested in. As for me, I personally think that my topic is the most appropriate.
Because I currently have a small shop dealing in this item, therefore I know these
Hallyu trends best, I can make good use of my strengths to contribute to group quality
content.
Mr. Hung: After listening to everyone's opinions, I think that the music album theme
is the most suitable topic because Kpop is very close to young people, this is a topic
that is easy to exploit and at the same time easy to conduct in August, the peak month
of summer.
Ms An: For me, the idea of the album launch event is the most practical and close to
our generation. In addition, documents and information about Korean culture appear a
lot on social networks, creating an opportunity for easier content creation. In addition,
creating an “imaginary” album for me is a very interesting challenge.
Ms. Thao Anh: Among the comments, I think that Mr. Thuan's opinion is the most
reasonable, because your ideas are consistent with the orientation and ideas that I aim
for. Like other students, I think this is an idea suitable for young people and quite easy

to implement. Surely our group when implementing this idea will not have too many
difficulties.
Mr Thuan: After consulting with all of you, I found that the topic of releasing a Kpop
album is the one that most of you agree with, so our group agreed to take this topic as
the content for the big exercise. . Do you guys agree?
Mr. Thuan: After we've chosen the topic, I'll present our work next week. Next week,
we will divide into 2 groups to do the content in the exercise: Tuan Hung, Tam An,
you will learn about the time, venue, and decorations for the event this time. Me and
Thao Anh will do the media planning and introduce Red Velvet and the reason for
choosing the album based on the Summer concept for this album. The meeting ends

Ms An: Regarding the concept, I have an idea that I will do a series of emotions as
follows: from the time when we humans are exhausted when we are stuck at work, to
the series of days of finding entertainment directions like how to relax. escape from
reality, and ultimately a journey of self-healing. The main colors are black, white and
the main emotion will be "Euphoria", the feeling of extreme happiness comes from
many reasons. The space will be closed, reminiscent of night parties. The key visual
will be a balloon because it expresses the human desire to be free.

Mr. Hung: Regarding the timeline, I divided it into 2 phases: In Conference and The
Pool Party. In the first stage, I will welcome guests and introduce guests and albums.
After that, the group will present the first concept and after the media interview will
move to the swimming pool. At the swimming pool, shops and bars will start serving.
Here, the group will present the remaining 2 concepts. The event will end at 23:30.
Mr. Uong: As for the communication plan, I divided it into 3 main phases and specific
dates in August. In addition to popular media of young people such as Tiktok,
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, .. ., the opening of PopUp stores and placing
outdoor posters are also suitable for today's youth trends. Based on listeners' listening
behaviors, me and Thao Anh also chose a reasonable date to upload the Teaser, MV,
and concept images for the MV selectively so that this album can be easily accessed to
young people.
Ms. Thao Anh: SM - Red Velvet's management company is a company with great
achievements in Korea, and Red Velvet is also one of the most popular girl groups in
the 3rd generation in the industry. As for the reason why I chose the summer concept
as the main concept for this time, I also base it on two main reasons: Seasonal
listening habits and Red Velvet's explosive success in the last album. With the specific
data as well as the information that I presented, I think the Summer concept is a
reasonable concept for this comeback.

Hung, in the event timeline, you should extend the time to welcome guests as well as
answer the group's interview with the reporter by 30 minutes for each part to match
reality. As for An, in your decoration, I agree with the idea of choosing balloons
because it has a clear story and the idea is also very good. I appreciate this part of your
idea.

Ms An: I find Hung's concept quite interesting and I propose to integrate Hung's ideas
with me. A sunset party with purple tones will be a very unique combination.
Mr. Hung: I think the concept is not suitable for closed rooms, so I think we should do
more events in the outdoor space.
Ms. Thao Anh: First of all, about the concept, I see that An is very well prepared and
understands very well the direction that our group is aiming for. The concept images
that you just showed me are very beautiful and associated with the summer concept. I
appreciate the concept images you just presented. As for Hung, I think the timeline is
fine.

II. Meeting content: Report on work progress, share presentations, edit proposal
Mr Uong: Hello everyone, based on the nature of Minute No. (03), we have a meeting
today to report on the work of the past week. We have 20 minutes to report the work
results as well as present the content. We will Invite group 1 to present then we will

Ms An: Regarding the Event staff list, of course we will have the basic logistics
department: waiters, technical staff, executives, image and communication
departments,... In terms of quantity, The guest is about 100 people, so the number of
staff I have to export is about 50 people (because of the popularity and solemnity of
the event).
Mr Uong: As for the cost estimation, based on the cost of media promotion, the cost of
the staff list, the cost of event decoration, reservation, food, drink,... then I can give
one detailed table, details of event activities with a total budget of nearly 900 million
VND. However, there are two types of fees that we need to pay attention to, which are
taxes and also risk management. So our budget for this event will be more than 1
billion dong. Consistent with the original budget given.

Mr. Hung: Regarding the guests, I would like to suggest the CEOs and CMOs of SM
and the producer. Then there are actors, singers of the Korean group and also
journalists, KOLs of Vietnam. There are also state agencies to ensure everything. And
20 lucky people have booked tickets in advance.

Ms. Thao Anh: Regarding the guest list, I would like to suggest some more
Vietnamese guests. In this guest list, I just added the VTV reporters to the event. I see
that our guest list is very lacking in KOLs, Vietnamese Influencers. Especially, our
event was held in Vietnam, but the guest list only includes guests from Korea. Also, I
don't see the point of inviting actors to a music event. Can anyone give me their
opinion on this matter?

Mr Uong: As for Guess Invitation, I agree with Thao Anh's opinion. Because the
orientation and goal of this album is aimed at the Vietnamese market, inviting KOLs
or reporters from Vietnam is a practical and indispensable thing in this event.
Ms An: I also suggest adding Vietnamese KOLs to the guest list, but the problem is
whether the booking cost is too high, if carefully considered and our budget is still
guaranteed. KOLs from the Tiktok platform would be a good choice.
Ms. Thao Anh: Regarding the budget, I feel that the budget is quite reasonable, but
according to me making an album, the budget cannot go up to a billion, so it is too
unreasonable and will easily lead to the problem of album loss later. What do you
guys think?
Mr. Hung: I see we invite Vietnamese guests but there should still be many Korean
KOLs and Influencers. The reason I recommend actors who are not related to Red
Velvet is because: Firstly, if I invite other Kpop Idols to attend, it will easily cause
quarrels between fans. Secondly, actors and actresses who are very famous will be
guaranteed to create media effects as well as interact with the group more easily.
Mr Uong: In general, our meeting was very exciting today, everyone actively
contributed to the content of the group, making our topic more interesting. Basically,
