Company formed, developing high quality cleaning products
and services for the industrial, aviation and marine markets –
the creation of the original R-MC (Rivenaes Motor Cleaner).
1974
Fluid cleaning technology was successfully used to perform
on-line cleaning of Kongsberg GT2 turbine in Norway.
1985
The original Super Surfactant ‘R-MC G21’ is launched.
1995
Power Guard launched alongside the Atomax – R-MC’s

characteristically large droplets that have been shown to
cause erosion damage to compressor blades, whilst also

For example, to gain approval from a major engine

manufacturer for a cleaning fluid to be injected into the

other research activities, R-MC is proud of its links with
Cranfield University in the United Kingdom – one of the
world’s leading gas turbine research institutions. Sponsoring
PhD programmes at Cranfield keeps us abreast of the latest
developments in engine technology and ensures that our
product development programmes are based on the most
advanced data available.
