EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This is an attempt to know the theories can be applied to practical situation. As a

student of MBA, it is a part of study for everyone to undergo organization study
report at some good institute or organization.
In the first part of the organization study report, Introduction about the internship
and also the industry profile collected by the organization.
In the second part of the organization study report, Organization profile and back
ground of the study and literature review collected by the organization.
In the third part of organization study report, Mckinsey's 7s framework and Porter's
five forces model. Objective of the study is to work and also collected by the
information.
In the fourth part of organization study report, SWOT analysis of organization and
also collected by the information.
In the fifth part of organization study report, analyzing the data and interpretation
the objectives taken by the company and stock maintained in the organization.
