Creation of a Non Worker

Go to: Workforce Management - -> New Person - -> Add Non-Worker

Proved the required Identification information and click on Next

Provide the Personal Information and click on the Next


Provide the Employment Information and click on Next

Next
Click on the Next

Click on the Submit button.


Converting Non Worker as Employee:

And once you submit the Transaction, you should be able to find this employee in Person Management

Select the person and go to “Manage Work Relationships” - -> Actions - -> Terminate  Submit
Goto the Person management and search and select the person.

Now go to, “Create Work Relationship” Tab and select the Action as Hire and Person Type as
“Employee”

Provide remaining detail and click on Next.


Provide the Personal Information and Click on Next.

Provide Employment Information and click on Next.

Click on Next and Next and Submit.


Once you click on Yes, Go to Workforce Management - -> Manage Person window and search for this
person. You should be able to find the same employee with the Person Type as “ Employee “ instead of “
Non Worker”.
