Final Placement report all four programmes (PGDM, PGDM (International

Business), PGDM (Insurance Business Management) & PGDM (Retail
Management) BATCH OF 2021-23

BIMTECH recently concluded its placement season for the 2021-23 PGDM batches with a 100%
placements record. The Institute managed to provide placement assistance to all its 367 eligible
students from PGDM courses.

This placements season witnessed a grand success with 100% placements within 2 Months. 90+
recruiters rolled out a total of 364 offers, where around 9% of them are PPOs reflecting the trust
the recruiters have built with the institute over the years. The average CTC has seen a remarkable
increase of nearly 20% as compared to the previous year.

Companies from various sectors like Consulting, Banking & Finance Services, FMCG & FMCD,
Sales & Marketing, Retail, Insurance, Automobiles, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics,
General Management, E-commerce & human resources participated in the placements drive.

This placement season witnessed six international offers from three companies for Management
