Dear Sir,

We the 3rd year BS Criminology students of the College of Criminal Justice Education, PSU-Binmaley
Campus are currently enrolled in the Course “Traffic Management and Accident Investigation with
Practical Driving” under the program BS Criminology this 2nd Semester AY 2023-2024. As prescribed in
the curriculum, students enrolled in this course are required to demonstrate practical driving skills by
means of at least 1-hour hands on driving as part of the requirements for the final grading.

In relation with this concern, we the students whose signatures are affixed herewith humbly request
your good office to accommodate us (PSU Binmaley, BS Criminology Students) who have decided to
voluntarily avail of the services your agency is offering specifically on Theoretical Driving Course and
Practical Driving Course. This endeavor will provide opportunity for us to acquire the necessary skill and
obtain at least a Student’s Driver Permit.
