    DEED OF POSSESSION AND OWNERSHIP OF RECLAIMED LAND

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, SALVACION F. LABASTIDA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of and with
    postal address at Purok 7, Brgy. Ibingay, Masbate City, Philippines, do hereby as OWNER of a
    certain parcel of Reclaimed Land, located at Purok 7, Brgy. Ibingay, Masbate City, Philippines
    and more particularly described hereunto as follows, to wit:

    “ A parcel of Reclaimed land containing an area of 6m x 9m or a total 54 square


    meters more or less, and bounded on the North, by Joselito Albao; on the East, by
    Sandra Alfiler; on the South, by Jezzel Barruga; and on the West, by Perlita
    Nativo”

    That I have been in possession of the above-described property in good faith as an


    OWNER and this possession has been ADVERSE PUBLIC, OPEN, CONTINUOUS AND
    UNINTERRUPTED for more than Twenty Years (20) since the year 2005 up to the present
    hence had introduced improvements thereon such as Residential house made of mixed materials,
    filling materials, stones, and etc. with a value of more than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos
    (₱250,000.00) and this acquisition was thru possession being then within the alienable and
    disposable portion of a foreshore land in the Province of Masbate.

    NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above-premises and invoking the
    Provisions of Article 433, Article 1134 and Article 506 respectively of the New Civil of the
    Philippines, I hereby adversely and publicly declare and claim OWNERSHIP over the above-
    described property ad furthermore warrant to defend this claim against claim of other person
    whomsoever.

    That this property is not yet registered under Act No. 469 nor under the Spanish
    Mortgage law and for this reason, this instrument can be registered in the Office of the Register
    of Deeds in the Province of Masbate under Act No. 334 as amended.
