Abstract
An abstract summarizes, usually in one paragraph of 300 words or less, the major
aspects of the entire paper in a prescribed sequence that includes: the overall purpose
of the study and the research problem(s) you investigated, the basic design of the
study, major findings or trends found as a result of your analysis.
NOTE: in your report, you should replace this with an appropriate Abstract for your
projectreport

Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3 – Times New Roman (18, 16 and 14 font size
respectively.)
Bulleted List – the style for a standard bulleted list such as this one.
Numbered – similar to the bulleted list style except that the list is numbered.
Page headers and footers have been included. The footer should not need to be edited as it
contains the page number, which is always updated automatically. Remember to update the
header with your information

Use ofnumbered list style for your bibliography, with citations in the text taking the
form of “see [1] for related work”. In that case, you can use cross-references in

1. Introduction
The project report is a very important part of your project and its preparation and
presentation should be of extremely high quality. Remember that a significant portion
of the marks for your project are awarded for this report. The electronic submission of
your report must be in PDF format. You can use the menu option File->Save As to
generate it.
1.1 Motivation
Motivation can inspire, encourage, and stimulate individuals and project teams to
achieve great accomplishments. It should include what makes you learning new things,
coming up with creative ideas to improve something, or make something new,
analysing complex data in order to draw clear and simple conclusions, working well as
part of a team.
(Mention what things motivate you to do this project).
1.2 Objective
Objective is what you plan to achieve by the end of your project. A project objective
should be written so that it can be evaluated at the conclusion of a project to see
whether it was achieved.
One technique for writing an objective is to make sure that it is SMART - Specific,
Measurable, Attainable/Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound.

2. Literature Survey
The literature review is a written overview of major writings and other sources on a selected
topic. Sources covered in the review may include scholarly journal articles, books,
government reports, Web sites, etc. The literature review provides a description, summary
and evaluation of each source.
It should include algorithm and approaches for relevant topic.

4. Proposed System
It should include details of your system module along with different components. Mention all
software and hardware requirements. Mention approaches and algorithm that are there in
your proposed system.
A block diagram is a diagram of a system in which the principal parts or functions are
represented by blocks connected by lines that show the relationships of the blocks. In this
section, you have to draw system diagram for your proposed system.
Draw the data flow diagram or ER Diagram for your project. Mention what is input to
system, what are all processes and output of system. Mention the entities in the system and
how all are connected to each other.

8. Conclusion
Conclude your project report with 1 or 2 paragraph. Your conclusion should also refer back
to your introduction, summarize three main points of your essay and wrap it all up with a
final observation.
