 A brain storming session about the objective they have learn in previous class

Activities:
Teacher will ask from the learners to comprehend sequences and programing and write
basic code, showing on board.
Teachers should follow the course B resource video for lesson 6 to conduct this lesson
Practice:

Ask learners to open the “analyzing Data” chapter in their computing e-book.
• Elaborate the content and demonstrate all required skills mentioned in the planning
guide.

Production Task: 40

Explain and demonstrate the following skills as per the instructions of computing e-book min
by performing Part A of “analyzing Data” exercise:
• Insert a column between data cells.
• Use the TODAY function to insert the current date in a cell.
• Use the CONCATENATE function to combine the value of two cells.
• Use the SUM function to calculate values.
• Use the LEFT function to select the text from a cell string.
• Use the SUBSTITUTE function to replace a particular word/value with another
word/value.

Teacher should draw and explain the compass on the board to explain east, west, north
and south. Then teacher will login students Code.org account and guide them how to
make a sequence.
Learning Students will work in pairs to complete the sequential worksheet online.

 The teacher will divide the class into two halves and instruct them for the
assessment.
 One half will use computers to complete the given task whereas the other group

the Skills Assessment Sheet
 You are to assess the students on unit 10, 11 and 12 in lesson 6.

used to design house layouts, office layouts, network diagram and electrical work.
Practice:

After the demonstrate the following skills as per the instructions of teacher, students
performing Part A of “Modular Designing” exercise:

 Familiarize with Edraw Max’s user interface.


 Use available templates to create designs and plans.
 Search for different shapes and objects.
 Connect shapes and objects with connector lines. 40min
 Change the color of connector lines and arcs.
 Resize and rotate objects.
 Apply color on inserted objects/shapes.
 Inserting text on the design.
