There shall be a university written examination of this paper for 80
marks and internal assignment carrying 20 marks. The candidate shall get
a minimum 1/3 rd of marks allocated for each component and 40%
aggregate of the total.

generations.
2. A police complaint was not received by the Station House Officer. Draft a private complaint to present in
court of law on behalf of the complainant.
3. The aggrieved party in the suit found appropriate evidence where the court could certainly alter the
Degree, Prepare the review petition on behalf of the aggrieved party.

8. P is residing in US. He is having properties worth 10 crores in different forms at different places in India.
He is not in a position to visit India frequently and monitor his properties. He proposed to appoint Q as
Power of Attorney. Draft the document of power of attorney.

anticipatory bail. Draft a petition seeking anticipatory bail.
6. ‘X’ is a police office without assigning any reason arrested ‘Y’ and kept him in custody. Wife of “Y’ wants
to file a petition in the High Court to have ‘X’ released. Draft a suitable writ petition.
7. What is ‘Gift” ‘A’ wants to give his entire property for the cause of women education to Padmavathi Mahila
University, Tirupati. Prepare a gift dee.
8. What is a will ? What are the essentials which a valid will should contain ? Draft a ‘will’ of a Hindu leaving
movable and immovable properties.

before a magistrate. Draft a petition seeking his release on bail.
6. ‘A’ is a Principal of a Government Degree College situated in Warangal town. There are certain allegations
against him. Bigamy, corruption ill behaving with girl students etc are the allegations. He is transferred from
Government Degree College Waramgal town to the Government Degree College Medak town violating the
seniority principle. One of the students of Government Degree College, Medak town challenged the
appointment of the principal under writ of Quo Warranto. Draft petition for the writ before the High Court.
7. What are the features of a sale deed ? ‘X’ has ten acres of land. He wants to sell five acres out of ten
acres to ‘Y’. Prepare a sale deed.
8. What are the essentials of a lease ? Prepare a lease deed when “X’ agrees to given his house on lease to
“Y” and “Y” agrees to take ‘X” house lease on monthly rent of Rs.2,000/-.

6. Explain the significance of the Promissory Note. Prepare a suit on defaulter having upon the contents of
the Promissory Note endorsed between the partner A and B.
7. What is a Sale? A sold a house to B under the defective title. Draft a suit on behalf of B for rectification of
the contract and also for special damages.
8. The local authorities permitted the builders to construct a cinema theatre nearby the dwelling house. Draft
a petition to avoid such construction in the interest of the local public.

subject matter.
7. The respective Government authorities are not functioning well and not disciplinary the statutory
obligations property. Draft a Writ of Mandamus on behalf of the aggrieved parties.
8. What do you understand by Lease? “A” and “B” are the parties to the lease agreement upon a specific
immovable property for specific rent. Subsequently the lessee came to know that the lessor is not having
perfect till over the leased property and would like to cancel the lease deed. Draft a petition for cancellation
of the lease deed in the Court of law.
