13 5/8" 10K BOP, Marine Riser With DSA. P/U, M/U & RIH Emdad 8 1/4" Dual CSG Cutter Assy. Performed 2nd Cut To The Dual 9 5/8" X 13 3/8" CSG @ 87 ft CRTE (64 ft ORTE).

shaker clean. Collected 3 kg metal cutting from ditch magnets. P/U & M/U 12 ¼" C/O BHA. to 232 ft - had 5 kips S/D wt, Precaustionary Wash down with 800 GPM from 232 ft to 280 ft. Sweep hole with 3x 50 bbls Hi-Vis pill and circ. hole till shaker clean.
Collected 1 kg metal cutting from ditch magnets have small amount of CMT cutting over shaker.
Mud Comments:
Performed 12 1/4" Cleanout Trip after recovering 13 3/8" CSG cut piece. Swept hole with 50bbl + 70bbl bbl SW HVP. Normal excess Hard CMT cuttings surfaced with HVP. Circ till shakers clean.
Performed 26" C/Out trip. Drill out cement till 240ft. Pumped 30bbl SW HVP @ 225ft, 235ft and 50bbl X 2 SW HVP @ 240ft. Normal excess Hard CMT cuttings surfaced with HVP. CHC till shakers were clean. Total Metal cuttings Recovery after Circ. - 3kg(no

TQ. Had hard CMT sample large quantity on shale shaker. Sweep hole with 2x 50 bbls Hi-Vis pill and circ. hole with 800 GPM till shaker clean. Displaced well to 8.7 ppg Bentonite mud, Circ. & Condition mud with 800 gpm. Had large amount of hard CMT cutting
on shaker. POOH 26" C/O BHA to surface, R/B BHA and L/D 26" MT bit - Wind speed > 28knots. Suspend Operation due to non-operational weather for lifting operation. HPJSM, P/U & M/U 5 ½" DP singles from main deck and R/B std's on Drk. P/U & M/U 18
JTS 5 ½" HWDP and 24 jts of 5 ½" DP (Total: 42 Jts).
Mud Comments:
RIH with 26" Slick Assy. And Tag TOC at 225ft. Drilled Cement down to 275ft with SW and SW HVP. CHC till shakers were clean. Displace the well with PHB Spud mud. Treated the mud with Sodium Bicarbonate for Cement contamination. Cleaned mud pits with
Caustic pill to clear the lines and pits from degraded polymers.
SCE : Shale shakers Screens Rubber Cushions inventory is low - Order placed by Rig.

Check Strg, Found Strg Backed Off From First Connection of STD#6. Observed First Three To Four Threads From Pin Connection "Galled". All Connections Were Over Torqued (B/Out @ 120 K FT.LB) Using Manual Tong. Top of Fish @ +/- 497 FT & Fish
Length: 2306 FT. RIH Back with New 6 Stand 5 1/2'' DP F/ Derrick Then Engaged The Fish. POOH Slowly (On Elevator) 4 Stands with Engaged Fish From 2803 To 2425 FT Suddenly Got 40 KLB Over Pull and Immediately PUW Dropped Again From 195 KLB
To 95 KLB (Fish Slipped Back in Hole)
Mud Comments:
RIH F/443FT till 800ft on elevators-Good hole condition. Wipe-log till 900ft. Drilled 16" Section from 900ft to 2803ft. Observed cuttings on shakers free flowing with Medium-Fine size. At 2803ft, observed String weight reduced from 184kips to 90kips-String got
back off. Attempts to recover string is in progress.
'**Observe shakers overflow with high ROP & GPM due to clay cutting. Decrease shaker screen size to API 80 on all shakers to control the flow on it.
**Ran Centrifuge & dump dilute active system with SW Polymer to control MW. Treated active mud system with CONQOR 404 to control Corrosion and SAFE SCAV CA to limit the DO value below 1ppm.
**Pump 50 bbl HVP after each stand drilled observe normal excessive cutting on shakers when HVP Surfaced.
**Dump sand trap periodically & dilute with fresh volume to keep MW in range.
** Ran VH for optimum HC Analysis. VH shows Good hole cleaning with ROP 150f/hr and 1100GPM. PWD ECD was monitored & was with in the limits as per the VH ECD.
SCE : Changed Damaged screens on Shakers. Total API 140 -8 nos , API 80 - 16 nos used. Screen Consumption is high due to non availability of rubber cushions for Screens on Shale shakers, leading to frequent damage of screens.Shale shakers
Screens Rubber Cushions inventory is low - Order placed by Rig.
