INTRODUCTION

Integrative Documentary Portfolio (IDP) is an evidence of learner’s achievement


and a measure if the students meet the learning outcomes of every subject. It is
an organized documentation pertaining to students’ outputs, student’s growth
and achievements. This portfolio provides tangible evidences of the attainment of
professional knowledge, skills, dispositions, and attributes in the program
outcomes under the Bachelor of Secondary Education. This portfolio includes
reflective papers of students and assessment of students learning. The portfolio is
also organized in respected orders such as cover page, table of content,
curriculum vitae, introduction, program outcomes, portfolio organization,
performance summary, and reflection of best selected output from each of my
enrolled subject course.

RATIONALE
The output is the first activity of Module 3 under Lesson 1 which is all about function and graph.
The activity has two parts for part A which are the activity 3.1.1 and 3.1.2, under activity 3.1.1,
it has to do all about the three illustration given where I need to focus on what is the relation of
the values given in the domain and the values in range to be able to describe what type of
relation is being manifest with each three given illustration. While in activity 3.1.2 it is focused
on solving the operations given. This activity was used for us to be able to have refreshment on
our knowledge from years in high school and a review so that we will be prepared for further
development of the module.
This activity aimed to exhibit knowledge and competence on the kinds, properties, and
operations of functions. That would be the help for students to enhance their mathematical
skills and be able to perform the recent and approaching activities which will be related
with this activity.

REFLECTION

The output was a measure of my own understanding in high school and a possible
way for activation of my knowledge. It also helps in determining whether a given
set of ordered pair or relation between one specific term (input) to another term
(output) are either in one-to-one, many-to-one and one-to-many
correspondence. The illustrations given in the activity helped me easily to
describe what the relation being illustrated are either the three kind or relation, it
was also the positive side in answering the activity because I able to measure my
knowledge and installed it again. The said output also helped me for preparation
to hard activities that are approaching. It also helped me to learn again on how to
solve operations involving function.
Moreover, it was shown on my output that I able to answer it carefully and I able
to distinguished the objectives which are I able to perform operation involving
function and be able to exhibit knowledge and competence to the kinds, type and
operation of function.

RATIONALE

The output was all about sequence and series, the activity was compromised of
different parts on how to answer it. The activity has to do in refreshing my
understanding and measuring their knowledge from previous years in high school.
The first and second part was all about defining the expressions whether it has to
do with series, sequence and what type of sequence is it. The activity exhibit
proficiency in relating mathematics to other curricular areas, better appreciate
mathematics as an opportunity for creative work, moments of enlightenment,
discovery and gaining insights of the world and demonstrate an understanding on
the field of specialization and its application that is responsive to community
contexts.

REFLECTION

I have learned in the activity to accurately identify the difference of series and
sequence. A series is represents the sum of the term of sequence separated by
addition and subtraction operations while sequence is set of function whose
domain is the set of positive integers in other side sequence are the positive
integers separated by comma. I also have refreshments in my knowledge
provided enlightenment with regards to this activity and demonstrated
knowledge and understanding to my field of specialization.
Studying this topic under this subject will help me for preparation of the growing
process of the course and that enable to brace myself for possible difficulty in
learning along the process.
Generally, the subject provides understanding and development within my
growing process is able to coordinate within the process of learning.

RATIONALE

The output was all about the given activity in singular proposition and general
proposition, the output has three parts one for translating each of the following
statements into the logical notation of propositional functions and quantifiers which was
present in part A, while in part B it was all about symbolizing the propositions using the
given abbreviation, and lastly in part C, symbolizing the following using propositional
function and quantifiers. The activity constructed demonstrations of given statements,
translated statements into logical notations of propositional functions and quantifiers,
symbolized multiply-general proposition and constructed formal proofs of validity for
arguments involving quantifiers.
REFLECTION

The activity had given me a hard time to answer, I spent more time analyzing and
visiting the module for further understanding and I am thankful because I able to
provide an answers for all parts of the activity. And I have also learned in the activity on
how to symbolize singular and general proposition using proposition functions and
quantifiers. I have also learned to give logical notation of the general proposition,
symbolizing and able to paraphrase each proposition. It was also through this activity I
able to use my mind and I was really worn out after answering but I found it worth it
because it was able to compromised with the learning I intake in the lesson.

RATIONALE

The output is all about making a journal entry which tackles about my
descriptions of a Professional Teacher based on the Code of Ethics for
Professional Teachers, integrating in my writing the lesson that I learned and
showing my understanding in the lesson through a reflection. This output
discussed the professional preparation of the teacher and demonstrated
understanding on the teacher’s main responsibility and their role on the student’s
life as outlined in the professional code of ethics for teachers. It also helped me as
an aspiring teacher to be able to learned, self-reflected and instil within myself
the code ethics of becoming a professional teacher in the future.

The activity provided knowledge with regards to the big responsibility of a teacher
and the lot of process or steps of a teacher in order to be called a professional
teacher. I have learned through this activity the code of ethics of this profession,
how should it needed to be applied within the self of a so that the responsibility
of being a teacher is well taking care of and that the quality of this noble
profession is preserve. I also gained learning the big contribution of teachers not
just on a four-cornered classroom but as well as outside in the school premises,
community, and country hence that teacher isn’t limited only on a classroom. In
addition teachers should be the first one that stand on the right side, seek for
justice and help other people. Also, the teacher should possessed the good
quality, competence, excellence in their chosen field and the heart of their
profession by these all means they can distinguished to their students the
intended learning outcomes they had inputted, the direction and personality of
the learners are well shaped and be able to help contribute in the community as
well as the country.

RATIONALE

The artefact was all about me responding on the given poem through reflection
with the use of the question provided below the poem. The poem is entitled
“Children Learn What They Live” the visible message within the poem was all
about the choices and it possible consequences or the output of a children
decisions. The output also tackles about how the message of the poem echoes
within my own growing process and development. This activity helps me to
defined the factors affecting the learners’ development and be able to reflect my
own progress living my kind of surroundings. Generally, it provided the broad
concept for personality development which it’s highlighting the statement “we
are the product of our choices and our own chosen place to developed our own
self”.
REFLECTION

The activity measures my capability for analyzing poems and in understanding it
carefully to be able to obtain the exact hidden message of the poem. I also able to
understand the flow of the poem am able to self-reflect to it and then I got to
respond to the question. I have put all my learning and understanding in the
poem in my reflection.
With this output I realized that life has full of demand before everybody achieve
self-fulfilment. We take decision, learn by our surroundings or the people around
us and we get stronger through each hardship we had face and overcome. It is
only through our courage and willingness to keep going in spite of approaching
obstacle along our chase will be the key to reach the tip of success.

RATIONALE
This output was about making an essay which focuses on communication barriers. The focus of
the essay was intended on choosing one specific barrier of communication which was you need
to further elaborated and suggested possible ways to overcome that chosen barrier in
communication. This output are intended for awareness of the barriers for effective
communication and be able to take approaches that will prevent from misconception or
misunderstanding.
The activity provided the learning that needed to be learned as an individual and it also
provided the techniques for effective communication. It also takes part of the barriers in
communication which are needed to be noticed for it to be prevented in communication.
REFLECTION

The activity brought knowledge and activated my critical thinking. It also made
me an observant when communicating to someone. It brings me the learning for
me to be able to connect with somebody without being interrupted with these
barriers of communication. It made me also think of ways to prevent one
communication barrier that I chose in the activity which is the lack of clarity. I able
to further explained its nature and how it badly affects the communication
between two or more people. I also realized that when you are confused and not
able to understand the conversation might as well take clarifying questions or
feedback conversation which suggested that whenever there is unclear message
you need to ask for further explanation to avoid misunderstanding and be able to
established effective communication.
The barriers in communication process are needed to be learned so that we can
have a thorough conversation with someone because when we have the
knowledge of it all, then we think of ways on how to prevent or overcome these
communication barriers and that we may able to developed an effective
communication.

RATIONALE
The output was all about my own made infographic of list activities. It is a
sample learning strategy to easily learn and improve my learning. I have
inputted in my infographic five ways to improve my development and be able
to learn more easily. I used shapes to make my infographic appealing and
combining colours that will make its attracting. Moreover, the activity
developed strategies to learn without difficulty providing that you are the one
who decide for your own progress.

The activity provided intrapersonal development because I able to think,


reflect, ask, and go way inside my inner self. It also helped me in identifying
the approaches that I thought will help me to have a development in my own
growing process. The output is clearly the evidence that I learned with the

Lesson tackles under this activity. This also makes me knowledgeable of what
possible ways I could use to improve myself more and be able to get easier
knowledge. And, let me know the part of myself where will help me change for
the better in order to reach success.
Moreover, the output helped me into more ways, connecting within myself
where the concentration is for the development of my learning process. This
things that place in my infographic are the lists that should be done from me
to gain the perspective and way of thinking that provides the understanding
with different aspect of life and situation given. In addition it will also help to
have better decision making and communicates my own thoughts towards
other people for more critiques and to clear my understanding to specific
topic. It also makes me relaxed and just focused on myself development and
be able to learned more from books, studies and some tutorial where my

RATIONALE
This output was compromised of a video form where I to delivered my own
made essay that I have made in the activity under module 4, took a picture
and paste it here and provided the link of the video for visitation. I have
chosen narrative essay entitled “I know you” where it pertains to particular
message and experiences within me and to others. This output elaborated
effective transfer contextualized knowledge and skills to secondary schools
students through innovative education approaches, be able to help student’s
to have the development specially in delivering speech and will measure the
speaking skills of the learners provided that it enable memorization and clear
pronunciation of each word in the essay.

I have learned from the output that I can deliver speech without having notes
or papers being use while video recording because I only rely on my memory
as to remembering the sentences in the essay. The output helped in
stretching my tongue and mind to be able to make the activity correctly. It also
measured my capability in speaking and delivering the message effectively
towards my audience. Through this output I realized that I need to improve
myself regarding on making speech and proper delivering of it for me to take
another step for progression. In addition, it also made me judged the way I
have made my output because I thought my essay isn’t correctly done. And,
the exact time I have sent the video were long overdue.

It wasn’t hard to made it if all the resources are accomplished but provided
that I have a cell phone however it can’t be used for recording because it
cannot take sound even music because the piece for sound recording and
music was broke so, all I did was to borrowed a phone from my cousin for me
to be able to sent it online.

The output was clearly had brought me tight challenge but I able to
accomplished it using the determination and the courage to keep going even
though I have sent the video late but I hope my instructor understand. And, I
also understand the situation of a teachers regarding to the set time.

Generally, the activity had brought good effect towards my ability and
capability to deliver speech and effectively transfer contextualized knowledge
and skills to secondary schools students through innovative education
approaches.

RATIONALE

The artefact was all about my video presentation for Aerobic Dance Exercise. I
have provided only picture and link for visitation. The steps and movements
are composed of my own product, from YouTube and the steps from the
module, and I also the one who decide the used background music. The
activity enhances the student’s capabilities for physical activities especially
coordinating every part of the body along the beats of the music. This activity
enables students to choreographed and performed Aerobic dance exercise as
the best way to maintain good health and fitness.

I have learned that I able to create my own movements and steps in making
dance exercises. This activity also helped me to have good health and fitness by
just does as much a possible regularly. It also helped myself to relax my muscles,
mind and provided the needed stretches for my joints in my body. This activity
also shows my dancing skills enabling and showing it through this output. More
importantly, the output made realized the importance of exercises in our day-to-
day living because having it is a possible help to maintain good health and
lifestyle.
In addition, it also the said activity taught me not just to be physically active but
also positively high up my mood. Aerobic dance exercise helps my body part to
coordinate with the other parts. In addition, it also helps to effectively use my
learning of some steps that will help your body excess sweats and be physically
fit.

RATIONALE

This output was all about preparing two slogans which was about the Clean Air Act
Campaign of the government. This activity further elaborated the importance of supporting
the campaign that aiming for protection of our own lives by protecting the air from
pollution. By this means we may able to establish ethical behaviours that will help us to
prevent our health and life from possible threats coming from air pollution. This activity

Through the output I have realized the situation we are in regarding to air pollution and
how it will badly affect our lives and other living things. I have also able to make two slogans
that could support the campaign of the government pertaining to air pollution. Moreover,
the activity opens my eyes for the bad things that will happen if polluting the air continues
to spread around the world. It also regulates global warming if it will not be stop and
possible could damages our ozone layer causing to the increasing temperature that will
badly affect the nature especially causing those frozen places to melt. This activity isn’t just
only place on a piece of paper but it also should have done in real life where we as one
supporting each other in protecting our air and as well taking care of our environment, so
that we can avoid the bad phenomenon and could live healthy and productive lives.
